Not nice at all. I ordered beef chow mein and mee goreng. The former was edible, but the latter was one of the worst take-away meals I've purchased in years. It went straight into the bin.

We decided to eat out on the Australia Day long weekend with friends. We are so glad we chose Penang Delight, the food serves were large per dish, and the pricing good. Its great to find places that still represent good value. Will definitely be back.

Told me to come at 728pm over 1hour later before food was ready and staff were very rude I understand people get busy but no need to be rude and when I asked all I got was still cooking and food was definitely not up to the standards of the old owners, disappointed as used to be a good restaurant, so many Uber delivery people waiting as well. No problem waiting for food but don’t say come 1hour before food is ready

Ordered takeaway food, everything other than fried rice leaked, because the “sauce” was wayyyy too watery, all the food was swimming in the cloudy oily pools. Dripping from two layers of clip wrap had not stopped until the food was home. The egg came with the sizzling Japanese tofu was unrealistically rubbery. The rice was al dente lol, which shouldn’t be as Chinese rice, or i would say it’s not thoroughly cooked in other words. I have to mention one of the dishes we ordered was honey chicken, they swam in bright orange pool, tasted sweet and sour. Weirdly, chicken breast stripes were fried instead of thigh chunks, with super thick coating of batter, the cooked batter had fully soaked with that oily bright orange sweet and sour juice, the poorly thin chicken strip was overly cooked and had already lost its texture, i was not sure indeed what I was eating. It is a joke to charge people $20 for this junk. I feel sorry for the kids when they had to have these horrible food for dinner.

New management. Food is much better. Rice is also of better quality . Vegetables not overcooked & taufoo & sizzling beef is nice . Will be back to try other dishes 🤗😋😊

The shop is under new management so the taste is not the same as before. The beef brisket noodle is good; would not recommend the curry laksa though. Gave 5 stars as the new team is very accommodating and trying their best. Lunch special pricing is still very good value.

Its a good restaurant in quite part of the vale shoping center. Located next to city farmers canningvale.
Ordered wanton soup for entree, It was good.
The fried koay Teow was tasty with nice wok flavour but need more topping (we got only 2 prawns & 2 slices Chinese sausages).
The squid tentacles nicely fried with plenty of chopped onions & cut chillies toppings.
The fried ice cream was crunchy coconutty on the outside but firmed ice cream on the inside.
2 cups jasmine tea to balance the richness of the foods, it came with free refill.
All foods came in generous portion.
They gave complementary prawn crackers while you waiting after you ordered and waiting for the foods to come.
Service was a bit slow, but the waitresses were nice & polite.
Although the restaurant not too busy when we visited (it was wet evening), we noticed steady flow of people picked up their take away orders.
For the portions they gave, the prices were excellent.
They have $9.50 lunch special too.
Plenty of parking during evening as many of other businesses in the area closed at 5pm.
But during the day time, parking can be a bit challenging at picked hours.
