decent property but hard to have maintenance request resolved, when calling I’m often told that they’ll be here the next day and they never show up. Sometimes I’m told they’ll call me back and I never receive one which is extremely frustrating.

I've lived out here for over 5yrs now. Never really had a complaint or was the type that liked to complain.Whenever I did have an issue maintenance was there within a day or so to fix the issue. I understand during transition of management's things can hectic for awhile. I'm hoping things get better soon because request aren't getting handled right or in a timely manner. Came twice to fix my balcony door and it's still not fixed and there is NO EXCUSE or reason for my a/c to be out for a month and counting in this 95°and up heat.

I'm sick of this place I've been sending maintenance requests since day 1! It takes too long for issues to be addressed here. I'm used to it being around a week for my issues, here I've had to wait, Months for some of the craziness I've had here. It's going on to the third month with this leak from the ceiling. It's going on for the second month with electrical outlets that don't work in our bathrooms... About the only thing that gets quickly fixed here is the garbage disposal. We have termites in our ceiling... They hired a guy and he sprayed the floor... I have been peaceful my entire time here. Haven't yelled at anyone yet. I'm forced to live in my apartment full of issues. Still paying full rent. The only saving Grace here is the new maintenance guy that fixed my AC in a timely manner (3 days) 10/10 would not recommend 😤 for anyone to waste their family time in this place. Come home from a long day of work and have to clean up after everybody else that came to fix something but didn't fix anything.

It has been over two weeks since I’ve submitted a maintenance request and have heard nothing from the office. Yesterday I received a text saying my request has been completed yet no one has been to my apartment. Highly unimpressed. This has to be the most unprofessional complex I’ve ever lived at, and I will absolutely not be renewing my lease. This place is a scam.

So my AC went out Tuesday. I put in 3 work orders for it to be fixed. Today is Friday. No one never came. Corporate stated that everything will be taken care of today (Friday) but nothing happened. Called the office and the lady stated that maintenance was grabbing the keys and was and the way…guess what?! No one still haven’t arrived. So here I am sitting in heat for 3 days. This is insane. I pay rent on time every month with no issue.

I love the scenery! I checked the website and scheduled for a tour and application and I am ready to become and resident. I also can’t wait for my new upgraded 2bed 2bath apartment. This place looks amazing with great outdoor activities, Very clean environment, and spacious inside the homes for me and my dog.

Ashley has been very helpful from start to finish. I am new to the Wellspring community and I have absolutely fell in love with my place. Ashley was able to have one of the new upgrades installed in my apartment before my move in.
