Nothing "designer" about this place.
Terrible customer service of snobby people who think they're better than others. And will walk away from you to speak to a customer they prefer.
Also, what terrible quality rugs 🤢. They smell awful too.
I visited this store and found some pretty bad copies and cheap materials used to mass reproduce.
Go support nice companies who support the people who have been making rugs for centuries and still continue to do so - you'll end up with a rug that'll last many lifetimes, instead of the fast-fashion of rugs from people who just want to extort you.

Just received our Sugarbush rug. Absolutely love it. Luxuriously soft and surprisingly robust. Perfect touch of glamour on our concrete floors.
