Fairly typical of a Starbucks, nice coffee, friendly staff. Just expensive. Not a huge amount of seating at this one either.
Sat here at 6pm it's very quiet. Two staff on and cannot be bothered to clear tables. Paid nearly £8.00 for two coffees and have to sit among rubbish and dirty cups. Staff training is desperately needed here.
Mediocre coffee, small chocolate brownie, no atmosphere, half arsed service. Not planning to go again. Will seek out an independent coffee shop like North Star at Leeds Dock, which is brilliant.
Loved the hot chocolate with cream and red velvet cream.
I ordered a cookies and cream Frappuccino and it’s usually my go to on a hot day. Unfortunately what I received was a really pale looking drink with no sauce or even the chocolate sprinkle things… which made me worry about the quality of the drink but as a shy person I accepted my fate. Usually the Frappuccino is much darker than this and my fears became a reality when I took a sip and the drink just tasted like cream and milk. It was an expensive milk I paid for so I don’t recommend ordering the Cookies and Cream Frappuccino from this particular Starbucks.

A decent chain cafe in a good central location. There is a large amount of seating and a good range of drinks and snacks to choose from.
Attempted to order a strawberry refresher and a green tea matcha, they had no matcha as with other things (that's fine, things run out, whatever) strawberry refresher has no coconut in it and I got a iced tea instead and it just tastes like water, what a waste of time, would of gone back but everyone working looked like they'd rather die than be there. I work as a chef so I can relate to things running out and having a hard day but this is inexcusable for how much it is
