Gateacre Brow Surgery

Just went today at hunts cross avenue surgery to pick up blood forms I want to give a big shout out to the staff who was looking out for there elderly patients giving them an opportunity to socialise with tea and cake great service girls x

Absolutely worst surgery ever stay away ! No help whatsoever can’t get past the receptionists they want to argue all the time and make things difficult husband lost his inhaler and was refused a new one suffers bad copd was told to ring 111 when surgery was open !

The doctors and nurses are very professional and the service attitude is kind and very good.

This is my partners g.p practice and the sooner he leaves the better.these reviews on here are all correct. I'd not won't this practice in my family!!!!!

Absolute disgrace. They don't even know or acknowledge you have an appointment. I asked to speak to practice manager and was refused access, told to leave and they threatened to call police. Eventually GP arrived late and stated "Of course you have an appointment, it is showing clearly on the system! No apology... Disgraceful.

I regret getting registred at this surgery. Did because it was nearvtoy house. This gp doesn't have a walk-in service. Most of the time there calls won't get connected or picked up. After waiting in que for long the call wont get through. Then who so ever picks up the call is not courteous enough to talk to patient. The only good thing about the gp is Dr Gupta. He listens and is very warm and welcoming.
