Pilch Lane Surgery

This is warning to patients of pilch lane surgery about. DR JOY RAJKULANGARA who I went to in February 2024 for a medication review he put me on a blood thiners treatment four mouths later I had blood tests which showed animia and bleeding of my stomach whitch I never had before and instead of knowing it was caused by the medication he had given me he then made 4 referrals to hospitals that delt whith cancer then saw Dr Sarah akbar who said we will start your cancer treatment something I had no symptoms of or tested for this devastated me beyond words how on earth can a so called doctor get something like that so wrong i left the practice and the new practice im whith now have sorted me out whith out any problems and no cancer in me .the doctors at pilch lane surgery I have mentioned are beyond incompetent

This surgery is excellent. The reception staff are friendly, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The doctors and nursing staff are marvellous. I have been helped so much by all the staff and feel very lucky to be a patient here. Many thanks to all.

I have no complaints about this surgery. Reception staff are so helpful and friendy and doctors are very thorough and professional. Will always get an appointment when needed. I feel very fortunate to be registered at this practice.

There is a very kind receptionist, I don't remember her name. and an excellent doctor she is Japanese. kind and very professional.
the midwife of this place is terrible! lazy, and doesn't like to serve immigrants, she has zero patience with us and is rude. I had few consultations, and they were all terrible. I felt snubbed the whole time.
the doctor here is Indian, curious, he seems to work in immigration, asking questions about documents, private matters. and the query sucks! nothing about health. he wants to know about his personal life.

The staff work so hard here and are often under pressure and I hear other patients being rude to them, but they are always professional and helpful. Just popped in to book my flu jab and what a surprise, they had a pop up vaccination point and was able to get it straight away. So easy and no hassle. Thanks to all the staff
