Osteostrong Tarzana

I am a big fan of Osteostrong Tarzana. The spectrum machines and different modalities are all fantastic. I love the concept and it’s so easy to take 15-20 minutes out of my day once a week to see and feel the results. I am definitely getting stronger and stronger each time I go. I can’t wait to see what my next bone density scan will show! I also love the staff as they are super knowledgeable and helpful in reaching my goal :)

Osteostrong has been a wonderful experience overall. The staff are knowledgeable and well trained as well as fun. It's always a nice environment and experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone of any age to try them.

I have been going to Osteostrong Tarzana for just under one year. I can definitely say my balance has improved. I can now do single leg RDLs. A new first for me!!

My annual DEXA scan is due soon, so stay tuned!! Thank you to all the staff at Osteostrong!

Update: I got a baseline DEXA October, 2021 then started at Osteostrong in Tarzana. One year later (October, 2022) I got a repeat DEXA. I improved on three of five measures going from Osteoporosis to Osteopenia. The other two scores remained close to prior readings in the osteopenia range. Thank you Osteostrong and to all the staff that work with us.

Recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and this place is all about regeneration and strengthening safely and naturally. Employees are fantastic, helpful and inspiring. The best thing you can do with 30 minutes of your time

Great place and awesome staff to help you with the machines. Working on building bone strength and have seen positive results already! The staff is knowledgeable and supportive. Everything is thoroughly cleaned between clients. I look forward to my weekly visit!! You must try it to really understand the benefits; balance, power, posture, agility and energy. I have been attending Osteostrong Tarzana since it opened . I look forward to coming every week because I know they will give me the very best care to support my bones. Everyone’s level of knowledge for how to take care of the body is really up there! I feel safe because they only allow a limited number of people in there at a time and we ALL wear masks and sanitize before and after the visit .
