Knightsbridge apartments and higher ups should be ashamed of themselves!! I was one of the multiple fire victims 1/30/24 and lost EVERYTHING for my kids and I. I had minimal salvage items that I wanted to take and clean. The chief of the fire department himself told me he took my kids tablets THREE of them and placed them up in a secured spot in which the cases were there but NO TABLETS!! My TRASH CAN, TOOLBOX, BISSELL CARPET CLEANER, TABLETS, SECURITY CAMERA AND VACCUM , KNIFE AND NEW UTENSILS SET THAT WAS STILL IN A BOX and my Amazon boxes are GONE AND MISSING!!!! KNIGHTSBRIDGE was suppose to keep my items secured and they weren’t!! We had NO access to the unit immediately after the fire all locks and doors were changed. I already lost enough and KNIGHTSBRIDGE allowed a trusted person/ source to access my unit . They already gave me a hard time after asking for my items SEVERAL times after the fire which this could’ve been avoided!! I asked is there cameras outside they (the director) said no but there are cameras outside the units. This is UNACCEPTABLE please be aware because this could happen to you. You can clearly see anyone could’ve entered through the walls as well

Highly recommend this apartment complex Love living here. Shavani is a professional and very knowledgeable and friendly property manager. Maintenance is quick if you need something repaired and resolve your issue in a timely manner. Apartments are beautiful with the renovations when Galman took over the property and renovated all the apartments.And so great having washers and dryers in the apartments rather than a laundry room and having a gym on the premises. Only bummer is the limited parking. Everything else top notch

---Update: parking is very limited and they are renting apartments to more people than spots available,so if you work until late in the night ,forget about having parking, i come home around 8 or 9pm and there is no one single spot available when i come home from work. I tried parking on the side where i am at no one's way but they towed my vehicle.

---Apartment has more holes and openings then Swiss cheese so cold is coming inside from all the side in the winter time.

I have been living in this apartment almost 10 years. It is very convenient and good place to live. Very nice, safe and secure place. I see few negative comments but I never had any problem since I moved in. Every time if there is any issue they solved it right away. People in the management office are very cordial and cooperative. I have many years plan to live here. Place is nice and clean compare to so many near by locations.

Reply to your response: I’m sorry, but your lying! I made it clear two different times that our air conditioning wasn’t working. The lady in the office told me to open the windows. Why was portable air never offered to me? It’s a true shame what your doing to people! Rent is way too high and the living conditions aren’t good. I’m so happy I don’t live there anymore.

RUN!!! Don’t rent an apartment here! There isn’t enough parking spots, the air conditioning doesn’t work! I moved in June and moved out a year later, the 2nd day there I told them the air conditioning didn’t work. They told me the maintenance man will be by to fix it. They never came! For 10 months! After waiting 2 days I called the office, the girl in the office told me just to open the windows. It was 90 degrees out! I couldn’t believe it. I wish I never lived here! Total nightmare! Stay away!

The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. My neighbors are great and one of the reasons I renewed my lease last October. My apartment was fully renovated with stacked full size washer and dryer. Parking is good, the spaces are big so you don't have to worry about your doors getting dinged all the time. There is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. On the downside turning onto Knights Rd, mostly left turns, can take some patience.

I lived at Knightsbridge apartments for 4 years in a renovated unit. Yes the walls are thin but aren't all the apartment complexes? I came from Village Square up the road and this was a far better experience. Barbara was always quick to respond to my emails. Any maintenance requests I submitted were taken care of immediately. They always took resident complaints seriously. Pest control services was included. Where do you get that? They continuously work hard to keep the property looking like an enjoyable place to live. I recently moved out to be closer to work. The move out process was so smooth. I didn't have to do much, just clean the place. Barbara was so sweet during my walk through. I would highly recommend living here! They treat you well!
