First off, I want to say the provider I saw, Julia Flass, was amazing. She provided excellent care and was sympathetic towards my concerns. That’s the only reason this review even got 4 stars. However, the girl at check in and the nurse that took my vitals, were BEYOND unfriendly and unprofessional. They made me feel like a bother for being there. If it weren’t for Julia, I would never go back.

I went in yesterday for a left foot injury and the lady at the desk was rude as hell then she continued to ask me about my insurance. She told me URExcellus was out of network, which is fine. No wonder it's quiet inside with no patients in the waiting room. Save yourself time and money, would not recommend them.

I have had to use the Urgent Care services here several times recently and have been impressed each time.
The staff are very friendly and courteous, and the providers are very knowledgeable and caring. They make sure you understand what the problem is, and how to treat it properly, and that you fully understand what follow up care should be done.
They also make sure you have correct prescriptions and/or equipment to do what's necessary to treat the injury/illness, and that you do contact your primary care provider after being seen at Well now.
My only complaint is that the doors are not very handicapped accessible and are quite heavy for someone with a cane or walker.
I do refer people to WellNow for care

We're an out of state company...sent an applicant to this facility for a drug screen. All communications are AI prompted no one answers the phone/ calls back. When you try to contact WellNow Support to try to find out what is going on with drug screen results they DO NOT RESPOND. Save your money and time and find a reputable Urgent Care facility. This place is not ideal and Unreliable. We will NO LONGER be using any more WellNow facilities due to the nature of the way they conduct business. This is not the first experience we've had with this company. Same experience in another market where you have to jump through hoops to speak to someone or get information in order to hire candidates this slows up the hiring process for us tremendously.
UPDATE: After submitting this review a fax came through our fax machine literally within the past 5 minutes. It took 13days for us to get these results. Because we weren't able to reach a person/representative willing to assist us, company system negligence on this matter we had to have the applicant re-screened at another facility. Which cost our company more money. Your automated service/system is NOT beneficial for your customers or your establishment at all. Thank you. We wish you guys the best and hope that you will rethink things and how you handle your phone systems & communications the process is not customer friendly at all. This was my second visit to this particular WellNow building, and I've been impressed both times with the level of care I've received.
Karilynn Cervini, NP, was the provider, and I really liked her a lot.
She paid attention to my concerns, clearly explained what she felt was happening to me, and referred me to a specialist that would be covered by my insurance, to get the health issue managed properly. Id really love to have her on my primary care team of medical providers!
One drawback of the building is that they don't have a handicapped accessible door, and getting in to the practice with a walker is a bit difficult, because the doors are quite heavy.

Very clean facility with a great group of people working there. The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff were kind and quick to get me into a room. I had Julia Flass for a provider and she was wonderful. I felt listened to and respected during my exam. I was able to get an x-ray on site and given direction on who to contact with an ortho team for further testing. Very pleased with my visit.

Hurt my foot/ankle, slipped on ice
Went to WellNow and at first wasn't impressed by intake at front desk, person wasn't very friendly or helpful but things changed once I was called back. Everyone from that point was so incredibly nice and helpful. I would recommend to everyone I know. Oh, ....and slushies really do make you feel better :)
