I was referred to a surgeon here after months of physical therapy and she said she didn't believe I was injured (despite my MRI) and that I was just "lazy" and wanted surgery as an "easy way out instead of doing the work" (again after months of physical therapy *in this very same zoomcare*).
Having been to several other locations, I recommend avoiding this one.

Terrible experience here, my daughter was prescribed something we already have at home, it did not help, and now we are being asked to come in and pay AGAIN in order to get more help. I have always been able to get follow up care with Zoomcare within a certain amount of time, but not with this doctor or location.

I saw the podiatrist, Dr. Fisher, for a new onset of foot pain from running (repetitive stress). I was limping and upset and this visit absolutely made me feel better. Dr. Fisher is realistic, very open to discussing treatment options, and gave me her top differential diagnosis. She explains costs of treatment options well to help you make decisions. Would recommend!

Warning: do NOT see Dr. Fisher for your foot issues. I saw her THREE separate times for calf and foot pain, and she was very dismissive, did not ask important questions, and rushed me out the door. Turns out, 4 months later im being diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis! I’ve had a huge blood clot growing in my leg for months now. The first time I ever visited Dr. Fisher, I asked for an ultrasound to eliminate the possibility of DVT. She brushed me off and said ultrasounds are rarely approved by my insurance, and she pushed me to wear a boot instead (terrible for clots). Finally after months of continued pain, I went to the zoom emergency care center in Tualatin, and when I explained my symptoms, the doctor there gave me an ultrasound immediately. To think I could have died or had a critical event happen because she didn’t do her job, is pretty scary. I received better care from the shoe salesman who sold me shoe inserts for my foot pain. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Adjusted my bill and charged my credit card 50 weeks after the date of service without explanation. They got rid of their customer support phone number so it shows you how much they care about good service.

I am really grateful for this clinic and zoomcare in general! Visits are so quick and easy and ample appointment are often available to match my schedule. All the doctors I’ve seen at this location are super understanding, professional, and empathetic to whatever is going on. The front desk staff is kind and direct and I always leave feeling reassured. Thank you so much to this team of healthcare professionals, I have so much respect and gratitude!!!
