Water fountain don't work, it smells , benches broken . But there's green grass and little bunnies hopping around

Ashcroft Avenue a nice place

Nice small park, went today there for a short walk. It has benches and BBQ grills to do small picnic type gathering. But park definitely needs better maintenance. If you want to do some event like bday party it's better to choose nearby location of Nuevo Park at Ford Rd.
