Always there if you need them. I find the GPS and MIU staff really listen and seem to want to help you get the right care. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and dedication.

Wonderful treatment every time. The staff is always kind and friendly and is genuinely interested in every patient's well-being.
Yesterday, nurse Carol greeted me with a warm smile and put me at ease from the very beginning. Thank you very much for your kindness and professionalism. Xx

Excellent, professional service. I used the urgent treatment service. Checked in using the wall mounted terminals (new since my last visit). Very easy to use. The waiting room was busy and I was seen within 20 mins or so. Nurse practitioner introduced themselves as we walked to cubical area. They did examination with great care; discussed treatment and possible need for follow up appointment. In and out within 30 minutes.

I had to bring my niece in who was staying with me from another county. The staff were just amazing. The phones were answered quickly and courteously, the receptionist listened and was empathetic and understanding to our particular set of circumstances. We were able to arrange a time to be seen quickly. Very little waiting when we arrived and the doctor we saw in the UTC was just lovely. He was patient and kind with my niece and quickly diagnosed and gave us medication to take away right then so no more waiting.

This was one example of an extremely successful interaction with faversham medical practise and it is one of many. We have moved to area recently and are so very grateful to have such a friendly and efficient doctors close by.

Thank you so much for always helping make often anxious situations a little easier for the people of Faversham 😍

If I could give zero stars I would. Last year I wrote a formal complaint after an initial doctor's appointment where I was made to feel that I was wasting her time. After two blood tests I heard nothing and assumed everything was okay. After about a month my wife encouraged me to call and they said they had my results but no-one had looked at it. It turned out I had an abnormally high PSA count and got an immediate hospital appointment. My treatment at the hospital was excellent and after a biopsy it was concluded that all was okay. However, I was told to get another blood test in a year's time. I did this six weeks ago and at the time of writing I am still waiting for the result with FMP saying that I need to ring the hospital and the hospital saying they have given the result to FMP. I have called both the hospital and FMP three times now and each time they say they cannot help me. I have just called FMP again where the receptionist was rude and patronising and had no empathy about why I might be a bit upset. I have a letter saying I have been formally discharged to FMP which I received a year ago but FHMP continue to say it is not their responsibility. They are an absolute joke. I could have an another abnormally high PSA count that needs further investigation but they do not care. All I want is for someone to give me my blood test result. Is it really that difficult? It should not be my responsibility to keep ringing the same two organisations trying to get an answer.

I visited minor injuries unit last week. I'm so grateful to have this service in Faversham. I was really impressed by the smooth and easy access to consultation and care from the emergency unit.I could see it was a very busy day, but Matt remained calm, knowledgeable, informative and reassuring in his approach. I had an xray in the same building, images were sent straight to Matt who saw me to give diagnosis and treatment five minutes later. All the dots joined up efficiently within the different departments. Thank you and well done for a great service which incidnetaly didn't cost me a penny.

I have moved to this practice about 6 months ago. They are dong an amazing job. Yes, there have been long waits for things, but this is out of anyones control, nothing is ever perfect. I have been able to see a Dr in person. I have been treated brilliantly after filling in E consult on another matter. The receptionists have been nothing but caring and helpful. I can't imagine what strain they are all under, and yet everyone I have met has been great.
