Super cute, and the staff is really nice. I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong day for the Yonderup cave, but they were willing to fix it with no worries. Walking in is also free, which is nice. The cave experience was super fun, for a person who’d never done it before. The guide is great at taking pictures. Unfortunately the koala area only had 2, but I was told there are more at other times. There were a lot of kangaroos around though, which is always fun.

Beautiful setting and suitable for all. 9 walking routes which are suitable for people with various fitness levels. Quite a steep entry fee for the day @ $17 for one car (non-concession).

A beautiful location with a great tavern for food and drinks.

Have a visit with the family, go for a walk and enjoy!

The area is quite large and there's caves/play areas and even accommodation.

Entry to the park is paid ($17/car for us), but it's well worth it.

Take a trip and enjoy. 😀

Following the Caves Walking Trail is a very pleasant 4km trail and not that hard. Check for openings times of the Crystal Cave (currently temporary closed) and Cabaret Cave if you plan to visit the caves. Along the trail enjoy the quiet of nature and its flora and fauna with Kangaroos, Kookaburra's and White Tail Cockatoos. At the end of the activity there is always the Yanchep Inn for a coffee, refreshment or a bite to eat.

We visited the park with a group of seniors on 21/05/2024. It was a guided educational session on Aboriginal Experiences. The session was informative & interesting. I found the show & tell presentation on various items used for hunting & gathering was very interesting. All items were made from materials found in nature outback.

We recently spent a lovely and relaxing afternoon at the Yanchep National Park picnic area, and it was a true gem! The electric barbecues were a fantastic touch, making our experience incredibly convenient and enjoyable. With multiple picnic tables and a beautifully maintained grassy area, it's the perfect spot for families to unwind and spend quality time together.

The park's natural beauty was a highlight, with friendly kangaroos and wild birds roaming freely. The Koala enclosure was a delight, offering a unique opportunity to spot these adorable creatures up close, accompanied by informative plaques that added to our knowledge.

We appreciated the well-marked roads and parking areas, making navigation a breeze. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and serene, with plenty of shade and scenic views to soak up.

If you're looking for a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, Yanchep National Park picnic area is a must-visit destination. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with memories to cherish. Highly recommended for a relaxing afternoon out with family and friends!
