A few fallen trees since the Christmas storms but still able to walk around the track. Took an hour but I was walking slowly and taking some photos. Saw a few bush turkeys and some small birds.

Very peaceful rainforest walk. We really enjoyed the atmosphere whilst listening to the different Birdlife & spotting pademelons. The circuit does appear to require some maintenance. We climbed over a big fallen tree across the path near the end. Planks of wood were placed instead of a bridge in one spot but we went to the left of it. Palm leaves were falling from quite a height today making us very alert! Take extra care walking across the muddy areas and rocky path at times. Water is flowing nicely in sections. Shaded and a nice temperature this Autumn morning. Remember the bug spray.
Parking for Palm Grove Circuit has a small carpark to start from with information board. No dogs or bikes permitted.
A nice and easy walk to the lookout. Can be slippery if it's been raining. There is lots of different vegetation as you slowly walk down the mountain to the lookout. Worthwhile walk.
Curtis Falls was a lovely walk. Slippery after rain so watch your step down the stairs
Had a great time at Curtis Falls' walking track and Witches Fall walking track. It is a perfect switching off from the city as well as a reconnecting experience with nature.
We visited 4th January 2024 and the park was in a fair state of chaos following the Christmas Day tornado. Extensive damage to the woodlands was everywhere to be seen. But all the roads had been cleared and opened to address, so getting about was entirely possible. The majority of businesses were open to trade, with only a few that we encountered that were still impacted by the damage to power. Repair crews were everywhere to be seen. As were the clear up crews. Every effort being put into restoring the park to full action.

There were several park sights closed off. Notably the Waterfalls were inaccessible, as was the Sky Walk.

Nevertheless, we enjoyed our visit and will be sure to come again the next time that we're in Australia. We want to see what we missed this time round.
Another great SEQ Natioanl Park to explore, with plenty of walking trails for most levels of fitness. Perfect for nature lovers and photographers as there is plenty of flora and fauna, as well as some majestic views

Avoid visiting during peak periods, public and school holidays as it will be packed and certainly not as fun to explore with so many people around.

Bring water, sunscreen and mozzie spray especially during the summer months.
Great rainforest walk. Very rustic. Bit of confusion finding entry point with google maps when there appears to be many exit options given along the trail itself.
Was beautiful as always, but weird to have a bit of aggression and $15 dollars to pay on the way in... Although the new facilities and restoration are nice and clearly why the price has increased.
It's just a different experience now.
But is just what happens when humans saturate a place with their presence.

As beautiful as this place is..
NEVER go on a Public Holiday..there were people parked illegally inside the gates to the park, leaving only space for 1 way traffic,
No extra car parking for the what looked like 80 people crowding the rock pools and rocks..
My hubby and i managed to find a space of our own..but only sat there to eat and get pics of our beautiful view with out lots of people..i do recommend this drive but go during the week if you can. 😊
Please put more parking spaces in, the illegal xars parked up the top makes it dangerous around the top of the hill driving up to Tamborine/Down.
We came here over the Kings birthday long weekend for a lovely hike. Should have started early as the flies were being a nuisance. Beautiful warm sunny day with lots of sunshine and blue skies and the views were amazing. Diversity of wildflowers some 900 recorded.

Great area, nice walk in nature! Some areas are a bit tight. Can be walked, however it's not easy all the way.

Loved this track, I'd recommend going right first once you hit the circuit as there are more steps this way.

I saw someone said they took their 60 year old parents on this track and I would say only take them if they're experienced hikers! This track has a lot of exposed rocks and roots along the path that could definitely be trip hazards once tired.

Good circuit track through a palm grove and some rainforest done in 30 mins. Views of the west and waterfalls were obscured by the overgrowth (mostly lantana). A few stairs but nothing strenuous.
Some fairly impressive waterfalls and the scenery is pretty spectacular. There are a number of walking trails here which are all fairly easy to navigate if you are reasonably fit. Make sure to bring water and sunscreen. And perhaps try to avoid peak periods as it can become quite crowded especially during schoolies. Well worth a visit!

There are plenty of parking spots outside the park. So parking wouldn't be a problem here.

When I came to this park I have no idea what is that. Thought it is beautiful and a long trail for running/walking.
Beautiful? Yes, definitely! I was stunned by the view of the waterfall and the valley.

Long trail? No, or maybe I didn't explore enough. It is just 30mins walking distance to all the trails. Been trying some off road trail but it's all the dead end.

I guess I need to change my hiking shoes to swim suits if I come again next time as this is more to enjoying the ice cold water at the waterfall area.
We had a great experience made even more memorable by a torrential downpour that descended on us about half way around the longest loop. Sorry no pictures of the rain as I was trying to preserve our electronics that were in my unprotected backpack. We spent an hour walking on slippery rocks and a messy track. When the rain came down the leeches emerged. We did not realize the leeches were attaching to our legs until we were almost back to our car. By then we had dozens to deal with. After some blood letting we did survive. The memories we have will be priceless when in old age we are sitting in our rocking chairs.
Worth a look even though the $15 park entry seemed a bit much. Trail to the top of "mount" lesueur is quite short moderately easy. Interesting bit of country I didn't know existed despite growing up in the region.
Highly recommend Yued Ponar Trail in this park. It'll take you about 2 hours to complete at a moderate pace. There are some steep sections, but it's a well kept trail and manageable for most people. Definitely recommend wearing hiking shoes! September/early October is my favourite time to go. The flowers and scenery are absolutely stunningly beautiful. An afternoon hike as the sun is coming down is gorgeous. Just be careful leaving and have a roo spotter as you will see some! This is one of my favourite places to hike in Australia. Put it on your bucket list ✨️

Personally, I won't be back to do this walk again. The view of the falls was blocked by trees and there wasn't alot of wild life apart from all the mosquitoes!

As a lone walker I was quiet enough to see alot of red-necked pademelons without them getting scared allowing them to carry on eatting while i watched. Track was easy, signage a little confusing. Limited car parking. Popular walk.
Driving down towards the small cabin, stip at the sign and you're greeted by friendly helpful staff, pay a small fee to drive through to the national park. An excellent example of what the West Australian bush has to offer. It was the spring when I visited, the Noongar season of Djilba (season of conception) and the flowers were painting a beautiful scene, the bush was alive with colour and life. Step carefully and keep your eyes open to observe the majesty of this unique land.
A fantastic park. So much to be seen. Pristine native flora. Wildflowers in abundance. Walking trails for all levels.
Nice National park
You’ll experience superb Serpentine waterfall after a few minutes walk on a super easy and family friendly path

And for more adventurous times, kitty’s gorges and Baldwin bluff trails would give you a day of fun 🤩

Enough parking on side
Expect a AUD 15 entrance fee
What a treat this NP was. A beautifully maintained drive through and a great scenic stop from where to do one of several chiices of walks - we did a 3km circuit which we absolutely loved.

Fairly easy drive in on sandy road. Sealed one way road through the park with plenty of spots to pull off. A couple of longer walks in designated areas. Wild flowers are just starting to bloom.
July 2022 : A good place to visit.

Really stunning walk, was a bit muddy due to some rain a few days ago, but nothing too crazy. A few sections of the track are a bit damaged and require you to go around, but well worth going to

Nice walking track. We went there after rain and the forest looked alive. You can also see Brisbane City, Mt Gravatt, Mt Cootha and Glass house mountains on a clear day, which is interesting.
Loved the circuit walk. Only a small glimpse at the falls. Very muddy, so wear your hiking boots. Easy trail to follow.

Such a stunning walk. It's easy, boggy in sections after rain, peaceful and totally serene.
Been heading up there past 40yrs since 10yrs old, it "was" a fantastic beautiful off the grid family 4x4 camping now every gate is locked by ACTgov!!! Roads closed locked gates thanks ACT gov ! Typical gov mentality ! Sad when my children ask, why caint we go to the FREE SNOW areas anymore? Because gov makes $ off everyone's free fun! 4x4 fees! Camping fees hell even fosic fees!
Stunning place! The biodiversity is incredible!
To get there, must travel on gravel roads. Don’t rely on signs to point the way - there aren’t many.
The scenic drive and walking trails require a fee to be paid (Park Pass).
Highly recommend this place in Spring when the flowers are at their best, but worth visiting at any time in the year.
What a beautiful, geologically interesting National Park. Easy/pay wave entry ($15), good parking & toilets, and a range of trails to walk or hike. We went for wildflower season (July-September) and were not disappointed. 🌸

2.6km round trip trail to a lookout platform from where you can catch a glimpse of the falls; as another reviewer noted, you can't really see the falls as they are behind lots of trees.

We visited the falls a week after rain, and there was water and mud across the path that caused lots of people to get their shoes really muddy, including several little girls in pink sneakers. Wear boots - you won't regret it.

The other leg of the circuit goes right over the water behind the falls. You can only see the water as it goes over the edge, but it is very pretty, much nicer than the viewing platform. The path was also much less muddy and wet.

I am posting several photos taken with a drone. Not for the faint-hearted, but if you have a drone you may like to risk it.
Beautiful place and good spot for a swim and fishing. Very quiet and peaceful place.
I went this place on Sunday, only few people there. Easy street parking
A beautiful area to relax and enjoy nature, there are lovely areas to have a picnic or barbecue with friends and family. A coffee shop is also located near the falls where you can sit, enjoy a drink and watch the birds fly by. I will visit again as there are also some walking trails to explore.
Hidden gem in the suburbs. Great work and exploration

A great walk, I did the extension and the trees are amazing some of them huge, with many tall trees. I entered at the Palm Grove Road entrance.
Beautiful mountainous heavily wooded forests, too many locked gates but it's hard for beaurocrats to open the gates and give us freedom of our own Forests

Great views but the proximity to the road and houses kills the atmosphere. When I was there I could hear people with leaf blowers, motorbikes, etc... Not exactly the sounds of a rain forest.

Excellent place for a short Bush walking of about 2 hrs up Mt Lesueur. Wonder why don't more people go. Beware of those pesky flies though! Bring a insect net!
Beautiful blue skies in October. Too bad the flower bloom was over when i visited. Not many flowers were spotted.
Kitty's Gorge located right there at Serpentine National Park. Very beautiful trail, easy to complete in 5 hours about 16 km round trip that's just about 9-10 miles. It's an adventurous trail, I would go back any day for another walk. The trail is clearly marked, and full of lush vegetation.
Beautiful place, would like to visit again if possible. Best scenery around Tallebudgera. Love this place.

Located to the east of Serpentine just off the South Western Highway Serpentine National Park is easily accessed. There are a range of facilities, BBQs, picnic tables and a heap of car parks. An entry fee is charged or access is free using a National Park's pass. Kangaroos are often sighted on the lawn areas and throughout the park. Being a National Park no dogs or pets are allowed.
The actual falls and pool are easily accessed by foot from the car park on a well maintained footpath. During the warmer months the pool at the base of the falls is a popular swimming spot. The best time to see the falls flowing is during the winter months and early spring. After prolonged rainfall or heavy falls the falls are impressive and attract an influx of visitors. The surrounding cliffs / wall of the falls are impressive and their colour is impressive. Over the years there have been numerous deaths and injuries caused by over adventurous park visitors ignoring warning signs and jumping from rock ledges above the falls into the pool below. This is also great spot for photographers and visitor with an abundance of wildflowers in the area.
Not wheelchair accessible, but suitable for any age or level of experience. The trailhead has public toilets, BBQs, and beautiful views from off Mt. Tambourine. If you look closely, you can see Brisbane city.

Great track, easy walk for around 4km. Once on the mountain the view is breathtaking.
Be wary of loose rocks on the path up the mountain, can be a little slippery and tight spaced but not dangerous.
Beautiful spot. Very steep drive
Camped at McIntyres Hut. At 8pm 10 cars rocked up and played heavy bass music till 1am. Seems to be a party spot. Toilets where schmicko and the Rangers had some pre cut wood next to the fire pits. Was happy with that. Individual experiences may vary depend on the type of neighbors that come through that day.

Cant see too much of Cameron falls from the viewing point. But the walk itself was pretty nice and you get to walk right over the waterfall too. Has picnic spots and bathrooms where you first arrive, along with a nice lookout!

This is one of my favourite forest walks on Tamborine because it combines the beautiful experience of being in the forest with a waterfall and spectacular wide views to the north. It also has good tracks and is not a difficult walk, although there are a few stone steps here and there. Half the walk has mottled sunlight streaming though, so it's not a dark walk. There's a lookout halfway into the walk, near the waterfall, as well as a lookout at the top of the carpark, near a picnic area.
3 large camping areas beside running water with well managed grassy areas and deep shade sites. Can get busy during long weekends but very quiet and relaxed in between times. Only 1hour 20minutes from Canberra over winding mountain road.

A great look out spot on Tamborine Mountain in the middle of a great forest. It’s shady so the warm sun does not get into your face and it’s also a quiet little area.

The tall trees in the forest makes it a photo worthy spot. Try venturing a little into the trees and there will be a path to a track.

A must go spot when visiting Tamborine Mountain.
Beautiful, attacked by an Australian!!!! An Australian tic, horrible little critters, local chap removed, all good, avoid Black Bush/grass trees where tics reside!!!
Good little peaceful spot. I'll certainly go back for a walk. 🙋 🙋 🙋
Well maintained like any other national park in QLD. Ample seating for picnic spots and a lookout close to the main entrance. The waterfall at the end of the trail ain't spectacular so that's a bit of a let down. But it's nature's work so no complaining 😁.
Effectivement beaucoup de fleurs, de mouches et quelques kangourous

Long walk in very stiff & dangerous walk trials, u should consider this before your visit. The lookout wasn't worth all the risk & effort to go up! The pool area is small but waterfall is beautiful. Parking is expensive if you visit by your own as of $13 for only 1 person, however they may need the fees to take care of the place as it is huge.

Probably my favourite bush walk on Tamborine mountain. Mainly due to it is the least travelled and probably one of the most hidden, sitting on he edge of the waterfall gives an amazing view on inland SEQ. Walking to the falls is a must.

Beautiful park, there are a lot of 4WD trails to explore. Snow at the right time of year, camping and rivers. A great way to get from weejasper / yass to canberra
