Dr. McLain was very nice and informative. I was ready to go thru with surgery. However, his office let him down big time. I am trying to be very understanding as they appear short handed. My surgery was rescheduled 3 times, then the Friday before the surgery I was told my preauthorization expired so it was cancelled. So I calmed down and tried to reschedule everything. Well I was stood up for my telehealth appointment. I called the office to confirm, they told me I would receive an email. The email never came and the office never answered again. So I will have to reschedule. Wasted my PTO. I am not going through with surgery here.

What kind of doctor's office is this? I call to make a follow up appointment after my surgery and I can't even leave a voicemail because your box is "full."
