The Good Feet Store

Stan was instrumental in helping my husband choose the right inserts for his shoes. He has been in pain for quite awhile now and decided to give Good Feet a try. Once the inserts were in his shoes, he started walking better instantly! He does not leave the house without them! Thank you again Stan!

Though the inserts that were purchased were needed and the tech was very friendly, he was also a little deceptive about the pricing. He stated that I was getting a discount from the $1400.00 purchased and then my card was charged over $1600.00 I will not be going back .

Our visit to The Good Feet Store was great! Natasha was so helpful, friendly, and took the time to explain the program correctly to us.

I definitely was not prepared for the cost. However, Ralph was thorough and explained how the system works. I have found it is helping. However, I had to exchange the sneakers that were provided with the initial package and was charged a higher price when I did so. I felt that, had I gotten the newer sneakers at the time I purchased the package, they would not have cost me the extra as the package was a set price. But, I made the mistake of not trying on the sneakers with the package and they turned out to be too narrow. For the price of the package, I feel there should not have been an upcharge when exchanging.

I left the store feeling as if I had been duped. The clerk was very helpful and attentive however I feel at checkout that’s where things did not become clear
After my order was wrung up I was handed this yellow paper stating that there is no refund which is advertised on your website if not satisfied
This paper was explained as we follow other states with a no refund policy and store credit only less 12% restocking fee
I was very upset and at the time I should have said cancel this now
However my feet hurt so bad I just had hope this would work for me
I feel your service might be good however pricing and the return policy’s should be explained at the first discussion before any product is handed to you
Again the clerk was great but this particular store’s policy are very shady to say the least
I was recommended by a friend who received these inserts in Rhode Island and they did not follow this store’s policy in Melbourne
I was told I could go to the store in Rhode Island if I needed to however this cannot be true because they don’t have the same store policy’s
I am praying they work if not I am going to own a lot of sneakers

I was very pleased with Ralph. He really knew about the Good Feet Product. I think it may not benefit me until I get my bunion operated on.

From the moment those arch supports went into my shoes, my life changed. I'm still feeling good after being on my feet 8 hours a day. I use them as instructed and my feet are not bothering me at all. I wish I knew about the Goodfeet Store when I was buying a new pair of walking shoes every 3 months. I'm so very happy. Worth every dollar.
