Love this store and the people that work there! I have been shopping at Talbots for many years, and I can honestly say this is only place I shop for clothing and my favorite Talbots store to shop in.

Upon entering the Viera store, I am always greeted with a friendly welcome, and they are always happy to assist in anyway that they can without pressure.

The store manager, Alisa, and the assistant manager, Laura, bend over backwards to make my shopping experience extra special, even when I have to return something. If it weren't especially for these 2 ladies and their loving assistance, I don't think I would buy as much as I do.
My thought is when you find a brand you love, why shop anywhere else?

I so enjoy shopping at Talbot's. The clothes are just my style and Laura is always so friendly and helpful with finding a new look or the perfect outfit for that special occasion. I always get a warm greeting when entering the store and they are following all the CDC guidelines for cleaning, social distancing, and masks. I feel very comfortable going during the pandemic.

This is a lovely store. I have been in here several times now, and have never had anything but friendly and professional assistance. I normally shop in California, have moved out here, and am very impressed by the customer service. I am also thrilled that there is a petite section! I almost always buy things in the clearance section, and have never felt any odd response from the sales people.

I walked in to possibly buy a few pairs of pants for work. Most of the petite dress pants were in a sale area, so I grabbed a couple. Two of the women working there said loudly that “Everything she grabbed was marked down.” When I walked closer to them, they went silent and were watching me like a hawk. They then asked me why I was there and when I mentioned I was looking for dress pants, they didn’t bother to assist me in any way. The entire time they treated me differently than other customers and never offered to help me or bring me a different size. I’m guessing they judged me because I look young and was wearing shorts. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so rudely in a store. The joke is on them because I purchased several pairs that evening online. I refuse to give those rude women my business.
