Manhattan Cruise Terminal

We did not have a reservation for parking. The guy that checks you in for parking was great. He was able to radio another person and find us a spot. The website only shows Disney parking reservations as “unavailable” when it should read “sold out.” Apparently parking for our cruise sold out in 27 minutes. From there the experience gets more frustrating. Taking the escalator down from the top of parking area you are redirected back out of the building onto the sidewalk. Find the line for your check-in time. After the secure check nobody explains that you need to go to the opposite end of the building to check-in where you wait in another long line. After that you wait for you boarding number to be called and wait in another line. It could be so much easier if the just explained the process over the PA system. Instead they just announce boarding numbers.

This place was a bit crazy! We took a cruise and we’re waiting for our ride and we were forcefully told we couldn’t wait for a ride. I know they had a lot going on but there was no place we could go. Although, most of the people were nice.

It's super busy on cruise day!!!

It is functional and provides a decent departure and arrival experience. While the place needs an update, and congestion to be expected, I was pleased with the overall efficiency.

Everything about this place was super. We didn't have our passports. We applied for them 8 weeks earlier, but they didn't arrive on time to make the trip. The people there assured us we didn't need them since we were going to Bermuda. This is NOT what the travel agent had told us. At any rate, check in was quick. Getting off the boat was easy too. Great Port. Thank all of you.

Would not book again ,they alot of changes before I never used them .the disorganization, the slow Elevator, the room are like cheap motel, the pool are small compared to the people's they book. It's over crowded. If you to book this boat ,update to windows or you feel like your in jail. If you're an person with disabilities and your traveling with an guest make so the don't Reserve room with an bunker. The food selection is like summer camps. When booking an Cruise ship go with an other is was my 2nd time. Less in an week. And 2nd time wasn't wasn't and better. But some you meet going,serving person with good attitude .

Returning home from a great vacay. Carnival Venezia did not empress me. It is more of a Showcase ship. Not much of lounging space and pool area.
