Carie is an amazing manager assistant! She make everything looks easy, always ready to help, and that’s what keeps us happy here at the Parker!!

I have toured the Parker twice, both times with the amazing Carrie M. I just want to say that her patience with me for almost a year and my "can I look at just one more thing" over and over is legend. Thank you for putting up with me. As for the property, we found the perfect place for us that stands out in the Pearl as feeling more like a home and less like a 'place for a year' like a lot of the others in the area feel like. Also, the courtyard is a literal quiet, green oasis in our concrete cityscape - well done with that. Can barely wait the 2 weeks until we move in!!

I’ll admit, when i learned that The Parker would be under new ownership midway into last year, I was skeptical. However, Waterton has exceeded my expectations. You could immediately tell that Waterton cared about this community & was looking for ways to improve not only community life, but this complex as a whole. From what i can see, the leasing team is willing to go above & beyond in terms of communication, community upkeep, events, & all around ensuring tenants feel welcome & heard. When i have questions or concerns, Carrie has been readily available to promptly offer assistance, whether i reach out via email or pop in the office. it’s obvious she prioritizes our needs & is enthusiastic about her role in helping others. She always maintains a positive and professional attitude that i truly appreciate. you don’t always get that in apartment life! I’m feeling very happy and confident where Waterton is taking The Parker moving forward.

I’ve lived here for over two years and I really enjoy the building and the staff.

David helped move my new sofa up 4 flights of stairs just because he noticed that I planned poorly on my end.

The front office staff is always responsive and super helpful. I’m looking forward to year 3!

My fiancé and I just got an apartment at The Parker and we have had the best experience with the leasing agent, Carrie. We have felt respected, heard, and valued everytime we have been there. It was amazing to have someone care so deeply about us finding our home, and we cannot wait to move in and call The Parker our home!

Carrie and Katie are AMAZING!! They’ve worked with me a few times and I constantly feel supported and taken care of. Could not recommend them more. Maintenance here gets things taken care of as needed, and facilities are great!

The first thing I’d like to say is that Carrie and Katie have gone above and beyond for myself and my partner. We were in a seriously rough situation and they not only listened with an empathetic ear, they worked so hard to help us and get us settled into a new apartment.

Initially, we moved into a 2 bedroom at the Parker in March of 2023. The previous owners were not helpful and often weren’t competent. But the new management is amazing and Katie and Carrie specifically have gone out of their way to help us transfer to a one bedroom apartment. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Not only were they amazing with their knowledge and helpful guidance, but they are so funny and friendly and they made us feel so comfortable. I’m so grateful to them for everything! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
