Highly expensive rooms for poor quality. Extremely small and do not look like the photos.
Upon leaving everyday they’re were always homeless people sleeping or passed on directly on the steps into the hotel making us virtually have to walk over them to enter. The concierge could not be bothered. We asked if we could upgrade our rooms because we were unsatisfied and they said it would be a $1000 upgrade
Would not recommend

My wife and I went to see a concert at the Scotia bank center. You cannot beat the the location. Service is mediocre and the rooms are Small but for the price it would be hard to beat. The room was clean and modern. No parking No dining No real Services other than a place to sleep. I will return

Very central location. But stinky and sketchy neighbourhood.
Basic services, rooms were clean. Hotel under renovation so dust is commonly encountered.
The elevator is probably the slowest in Toronto and makes funny sounds.
Rooms too dark.
Staff, particularly front desk staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Thank you. Similarly for room service.
Extremely high price for what this hotel offered. If it was for 1/3 or 1/4 of what I paid, the I would understand the condition of the hotel.

If it wasn't for the location, I wouldn't be staying here.
They lost my reservation, then said it was only for 1 night. The 1st room smelled on insecticide. The second one smells of smoke like an ashtray tastes. The floors are dirty, the cables are hanging out the wall, there is duck tape holding the TV up. The ceiling is painted dark blue which makes it more depressing, the paint is chipping and the only light bulb in the place is dangling from the center of the room, the cord of which is precariously strewn to the side and behind the bed. This is a fire hazard at best. The sticky phone doesn't work. There is no chair or desk.

I used to stay here several years ago, it was nice then. Now, you can't pay me to stay and honestly I want to leave.
