Dr Faltas is an amazing physician. He has helped me so much with my medical history. The best doctor around, I am so grateful I was accepted as his patient

My father visited Dr. Sammy for the first time a few weeks ago. This doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional. He wasn't willing to listen let alone provide care. Upon my dad correcting the doctor's mistake on how months it's been since my dad's last checkup, the doctor called my dad an "argumentative" person. Keep in mind that my dad is an elderly person and legally blind.

Receptionist is rude and doesn't understand your questions. Love my doctor but his staff is incredibly over the top rude.

I switch my previous family dr to Dr. Samy Faltas and very happy so far (1 year) my kids like him as well. Also the staff at the clinic are very kind and helpful.

This place is horrible! The receptionists are rude they never get my name spelled correctly. Which is alarming seeing as these are my medical records. When I told the receptionist that they are being very unprofessional I was hung up on. I can never get a straight answer or actual referral to be followed up on. And I've tried to call multiple times since and just get voicemail or be hung up on again. I would steer clear of the doctor's office simply because the receptionist do not know how to do their job. They keep getting my details incorrect, and it's incredibly frustrating. I JUST started with them and I am already considering going elsewhere for health care.

It is not easy to find a good family doctor who listen to you. I had to experience a few places before I met Dr. Samy Fantasia at this medical clinic and so glad I met him. He treats our whole family and very easy to talk to and very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic are very kind and helpful.
