The parking garage was fine but when I called to get us picked up by the shuttle, I received a text back (after leaving a vm) saying that it was no longer in service. The shuttle was the main reason I booked this choice of parking.

LAZ parking is terrible. The prices go up for no reason and they don’t update you with the prices. I had to pay extra for parking on graduation day even though I am not there for graduation. System is terrible.

Last night I visited this garage, I purchased my parking tkt via spothero upon arrival the parking attendant advises to get tkt validated you must go to office with tkt, pic of license plate, spot hero confirmation. Ultimately I did so, HOWEVER no one advised at any point the parking garage closure time. I arrived at 11:55pm to closed gates, no signage of closure time, nothing. We rang bell and screamed through gates no response. We then walked around to connecting building and security advised us to enter through Seton Hall Law school sky lounge, after an elevator ride walk through multiple under passes I get to my car. Attempt to exit and my valet tkt wasn't registering, guess who calmly walks out the office the parking attendant. I tell him no one advised of the garage closing at a certain, this man responded cool as a cucumber you are an unlucky person, swiped my card and the bar opened to allow us out the gate. The same gate we were screaming through 20 mins prior. 😭 this garage needs to do a better job of advising customers of gate closures and closing especially when after concerts those choose to dine out afterwards.

Decent price. It was easy to book online. Close to NJPAC. It's huge and it's self-parking garage. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only one minor thing it's they had difficulties with accepting the reservation code from phone. I had to get out from the car and settle it in their office. Maybe, if you have it printed would simplify the process.

Well marked ample Handycaped parking right by the sky bridges or elevators. Well appointed building, houses Seaton Hall univ & a number if Federal courts. Very surprised not to see metal detectors at the entrances, but I felt very safe in the Bldg, you do of course have to show ID & get photographed beforvhou can get to upper floors. Parking as mentioned is located in the Bldg charges same rate as lots in the area. Used Waze for directions from home, was not alerted about a stalled 18 wheeler on McCarter Hwy in time to take alternate, also list signal a number of times once on St 21 N.

Could you possibly love a parking garage? Well, we do. This is our preferred parking garage for all of the Devils home games and events at the Prudential Center. It's very close to the PAC and several blocks from Prudential Center. Easy exit onto Route 21. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. I guess we've become regulars here as they recognize us right away when pulling up. You can pay in advance online or at the parking deck. Parking here is definitely cheaper than the other lots close to the arena.

I have been parking in this deck for the last 5 years for New Jersey Devils games. Saturday night was no different. There was an incident during the 3rd period that I was unable to retrieve my vehicle, so my son went. Since I was in the room with the prudential security and the Emt's., I forgot to give him my parking ticket. He tried to explain to them what transpired but they wouldn't hear it. As he paid the $18.00, my daughters boyfriend ran to give him the parking ticket. They refused to give the difference of $6.00.
I called today to explain the whole thing and they didn't want to hear it.
The conversation ended with "there are numbers on the ticket maybe if you play them in the lottery you will win big" Really?????
How unprofessional!
Be aware of where you park!
