The move-in process at Meridia Lifestyles was very seamless. The apartments are very nice and clean, premium with an affordable price. From wanting to tour available apartments, to signing the lease, to move in, Jasper was super helpful and accommodating. We are super excited to kick off our lease in the apartment!

As apartment complex is one block away from the train station, This was my main motivation to use to Nj transit for commuting to the NYC. That worked very well for me. I have to highlight that Maintenance staffs and Jasper are great, kind and attentive. My overall experience was average. I have stayed there for 2 years at different units for each year. Laundry dryers were always broken within this timeframe. My key fob was not working at my first unit time to time and I had to wait outside at least one hour for someone to fix. Instead of completely resolving it, They were fixing it temporary. I think appliances are not in good quality even though they are new. I had issues with most of the appliances but maintenance quickly resolved them. Experienced floodings after rain storms due to the ac/heat unit not properly constructed to the wall. I have come across dog pee in elevators and lobby time to time. Lastly, I think their reviews in google map are not reflecting the overall picture. Once you moved to the apartment, they ask and follow up for a google review and at that time you know less. So, I think it does not reflect the whole experience. You can easily notice that most of the reviews are move-in experience only.

We have been in the apartment for a month and it was a great experience from touring to applying to moving in. The entire process was handled very well by Jasper and impressed with the quick response time for every step of the way. As soon as we moved in we had a couple of maintenence requests that needed to take care of such as the living room light being out and all of them were taken care very quickly the day after i put them in. The apartment building is extremely well kept with painting and other maintenance being done often to keep the building pristine. I would recommend these apartments especially to those commuting into NYC for work!
