Being a new venue, Aware Super Theatre is modern and state of the art. The theatre is easy to navigate with lifts, escalators and stairs - so all options are covered. There are several merch stalls as well as food and beverage stands so even through there are queues, they move pretty fast. Toilets are clean and plentiful. Seats inside the area are comfy and have cup holders. It is worth spending extra on tickets on the lower levels as the up sections are really quite high and probably not the best option for people with mobility issues, elderly etc.
Access to the arena via the car park is a bit confusing as security ushers all the way around barricades in front of the harbour which doesn’t make a lot of sense.
The American Express Lounge is nice and food options are pretty good but not enough seats to accommodate crowd. The exit is also silly as staff send patrons down the stairs only to have to come back up again rather than letting patrons leave via the same entry.

Huge theatre at a convenient location. The seating arrangement sucks because the first 4 to 6 lines are not the best as they're of the same height as the stage and half of what you see is the stage. Also, u cannot pick the exact seat but u can select section/ zone

Huge space, great auditorium for music and comedians etc. I believe 9000 seats in about 6 tiers, the highest tiers are really quite high. Very easy to get in and out. Quite a few food and drink counters which close as the show starts. Decent drinks on offer, not just the rubbish stuff.

Huge theatre, fairly easy to find, the screens are a good touch but the speakers were a little distorted during The 1975. Awesome show though and awesome venue.

Visited Aware Super Theatre for the first time to see the Pentatonix in Concert. Great theatre with multiple entries. Very clean and well appointed theatre. For the capacity of the theatre and being at a sold out show no waits for toilets or to order food and drink. The food and beverage offerings is in plenty with a great variety and the team are really friendly and helpful. Well managed theatre. The seats are a little uncomfortable but every seat has a great view and you can see over the person in front of you. Great audio throughout the whole venue. On leaving there is multiple exits so there is no queue to leave the venue.
Highly recommend coming to see any show

We’ll set out theatre space. Every seat has a good view. The pre-show facilities are good too. I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that it takes a long while to get of the theatre.

What an amazing experience!!! Highly recommend Aware Super Theatre. Took my autistic son to see his idol " Darren Hayes " We had waited so long to make his dream come true ( 20 years ) . The staff were polite & professional. Food & drink was available to purchase. The cleanliness & atmosphere were great. But best of all, Darren Hayes was brilliant!!! Please watch the attached video to see my sons reaction finally seeing his favourite person on the world 🫶
