I must express my utmost disappointment with this establishment, which I believe does not deserve even a single star. I am compelled to write this review due to an unfortunate occurrence of a second fire in the building. Shockingly, the fire alarms failed to function properly during this incident. I found myself trapped on the 11th floor, struggling to evacuate in a timely manner.
To those considering renting a space on the 11th floor, I strongly advise you to reconsider and explore alternative options. Here are some reasons for my dissatisfaction:
1. The building is on the brink of undergoing a renovation project. As part of this process, residents are required to relocate their personal belongings at least 6 feet away from the windows. Regrettably, this guideline leaves minimal room to even access your closet if you wish to keep your mattress within the room.
2. Dealing with Common as a company has been a frustrating experience. Their responsiveness to addressing issues is exceptionally sluggish. For instance, my AC unit was leaking for over two weeks, posing a potential fire hazard. Despite my emails detailing the urgency of the situation, no one took the initiative to resolve the problem promptly.
3. It's disheartening to note that Common consistently falls short in providing the supplies promised in the agreement. Requests for these items often go unanswered or unfulfilled, highlighting a significant lapse in their commitment.
4. Another major concern is the persistent mold issue in the bathrooms, which I reported more than three months ago. Shockingly, this problem has yet to be addressed, raising serious doubts about the maintenance and management practices in place.
I strongly urge you to save both your time and resources. Look elsewhere for accommodation under a different management company that values your safety, comfort, and well-being. Common has proven to be unreliable and inadequate, making it an unsuitable choice for a place to call home.

I currently live here. It is bad, very bad. My AC continues to leak and no one has come in to look at the unit after several emails and phone calls. There is no contact number to talk to someone directly except the emergency line which they can't do much but send in a request that never gets properly answered. It is not ok to wake up at 3 am to clean a flooded room nearly every day. Tonight I'm here trying to keep the hose from slipping off the AC. Do better.

The stench this place has is HORRID. You walk in and are greeted by a nasty smell in the lobby and then have to wait in the elevator with a bad smell as well. At least the hallways aren’t as bad. They need to do something about the cleaning products they use because this smell isn’t just from an one time accident, it is an everyday thing.

They don’t even answer the phones . Don’t bother I was on hold for 20 mins! It kept saying there’s 2 people in front of me to speak to a rep and then it would jump to 4 people in front of me . I’m glad I decided to google them the reviews ppl have down are very helpful

I never write reviews but this place deserves it. Please don't get scammed by the pictures, it doesn't look like that at all. I signed a 3 months lease and it have been the worse experience ever. From the hallways smell to plenty apartment issues like roaches, bathroom, kitchen, washer and dryer issues. I would not stay here again even for free.
