I started at Posh on the 1st day they opened their doors. Posh checks all the boxes, all women work outs, clean facility, amazing trainers, variety classes, times and diversity training for all levels. I love my gym and I highly recommend it

Best of the best. a female exclusive, class based luxury fitness studio ( with some awesome extras_ sauna, cold plunge, glam station, and of course my favorite, the community within the gym, a great group of females- make wonderful connections ). I have made life long connections and have truly improved my overall health since I’ve joined POSH. Anyone that knows me will tell you that I’m the last person to workout but now not only do I do it but I enjoy it! Nothing but love for Posh Fit Fam!

I found Posh by an IG post for The Challenge in Jan 2024. Not only did I find a beautiful and well taken care of gym, but I also found a family. Everyone treats you with respect and pushes you to be the best YOU. Coach Renee is suburb in her training and works you to your fullest potential and pushes you till your last rep. I can't say enough about the owner Claudia she is one of a kind and she takes care of her people. At Posh you are HOME.

Posh changed my life in more ways than one ! Anyone can go to a gym use equipment and exercise, but posh gives you the mindset and manifests a new you from the inside out ! I couldn’t loose a lb and I worked out everyday for yrs !!! The skills , the training , the knowledge they give you helped me loose 25lbs !! It is truly a remarkable place full of love , woman empowerment and creates the most special friendships. Posh is not just a gym, posh is family ❤️

Clean and comfortable facility! Coach Renee was amazing! Very hands on and knowledgeable. Made me feel confident and ensured my form was perfect to not cause any injures. She kept the momentum up the entire time wish helped me tremendously. I journeyed over 30 mins to attend the “Monday booty lab” class and it was worth it! Will definitely be back and hoping for a second location in the west palm/gardens area in the near future!

I cannot recommend this gym enough! It truly is the ultimate place for transformation, not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. The atmosphere is so supportive and encouraging, making it the perfect environment for personal growth.

What sets this gym apart is the incredible community of inspiring women that you'll find here. They are not only there to motivate you, but they genuinely care about your journey and will support you every step of the way. It's such a refreshing and empowering experience to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who see you for who you are and encourage you to be your best self.
