Waited an hour after when the store was supposed to open and it seemed like the employees weren't even there

The new manager is a smug a****** and denies price matches based on how he feels that day.
This person should not be in ANY customer facing position, as the condescension drips from his face when he speaks to you.
Long-time customers. Would come here to purchase 2-3 times a week. Sometimes we would get items price matched. Sometimes we would just pay the sticker price. We literally have spent several thousands of dollars at that location in the past two years.
We'll never return to this GameStop.
Mgr: "We don't price match sales prices. Only MSRP."
LOL. MSRP is the same at every big box store you go to. Because it's the price suggested by the MANUFACTURER. So essentially, they don't price match anymore.
Instead of showing any sort of empathy and trying to help out, he acted like a complete incel about the whole thing.
Every other rep has always been a joy to be around.
But the new manager is a walking fedora. "ACKSHUALLY....."

Bradley and Douglas (from Brunswick) both give excellent service. This team and store are exceptional.

Every time I go there they are so helpful and kind. They also have lots of stuff to pick from.

I'd give 0 star if I could. This morning they released 4 PS5 bundles. My son was #4 in line so the last bundle should have been his. The email he got yesterday afternoon clearly stated, only 1 bundle per party. So explain to me how party #3 was allowed to purchase 2 bundles. My son spends hundreds of dollars in that store but he won't now and I'll guarantee all his gamer friends won't either.

The gentleman was to busy talking trash about customers to his co worker to care about asking if someone needed assistance. An talking about how people need rent money is the only reason they bring their used items into the store. Who wants to deal with people like that?!? All I needed was Pokémon cards for my kid.. I just wanted to be in an out an instead got to hear his down grades regarding customers.. Walmart is a better choice people!!

I bought a new copy of an xbox series x game. They sold me the display copy which of course was open and the disk wouldn't work. I go back the very next day and they refused to give me a refund but suggested 8$ for trade in value for a game I just paid $60 for. This is why game stop is going out of business.
