Total by Verizon

I was looking for a new cell phone plan for my family, and I was really happy to find Total by Verizon at 1656 Broadway. I was able to get a family plan with 4 lines for just $100, which is way cheaper than what I was paying with T-Mobile.

The service at the store was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful thank you Luis and Hamod w , and they took the time to explain all of the different plans to me. They also helped me to switch my phones over to the new plan, and they made sure that everything was working properly.

Luis has had to fix my phone twice already! He's a G, come see him!

Really fantastic service here at this Verizon store. Sam was incredibly helpful and helped me out when I was in a pinch. I’m also looking into switching to total by Verizon due to his recommendation.

It is a great location . Service is great. I went to T mobile and I told them 2 lines in total by verizon is $75 . The represntetive who work there said ok go there . I walked out the store came back total by verizon. And switched my line to total. The person who try to sell phones is great . I higly recomend every one with new lines and respected service

This cellphone store is top-notch! The staff is always friendly and helpful specially Hmood, and they have a great selection of the latest smartphones. They also offer competitive prices and have some great deals on accessories. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a new phone.
