always go there for a late night snack after work and its one of the best burger king in london. they do amazing offers on the app that you can redeem in the restaurant. Ali was very helpful and professional

Came here for my birthday to claim the free Whopper and Riaz was able to help me figure out how to get the QR code in the app. Absolutely appreciated not being rushed and getting a quick confirmation of my order. The burger was exactly how I expected it to be, which made my day

I was asked to leave a review after placing my order, they have a QR code stuck to the front counter.

When I received my meal I was not given the drink I ordered. I reminded the server of this and they promptly made the drink. This was the wrong drink however ( they defaulted to giving me a cola which wasn’t what I ordered) and I had to ask for the correct drink shown on the receipt.

I suspect these guys are overworked and tired more than anything since this wasn’t that big of a deal. However maybe don’t push for reviews when experience like these occur… and focus on the service.

Edit: If you look at most of the recent 5 star reviews they are all obviously fake. All posted within the same time with different names saying the exact same thing haha. I have dropped my review to two stars. Buying fake reviews to hide poor service lol.

Great service from Reaz today (who has excellent Italian, very useful in central London), both my peppercorn burgers came out perfect.
Could have some music though to help the ambience...

Came here 2 days ago on 25th January and after being on my feet all day I just needed something quick and settled for burger king as I was in the area there wasn't much of a queue so ordered at the till and had attitude from the blunt male who served me as I noticed there would be chilli bites with my meal when I looked on my receipt I just wanted a burger and chips nothing else and asked whether I could have extra chips instead of chilli bites as I don't like them he refused and then I was about to walk out having just paid for my food and absolutely knackered from sightseeing I just wanted some hot food to fill the spot and I practically had to beg for anything else except the bites and he gave in with a sigh "ok fine I'll give you a a small portion of them" it was as though I was asking for a kidney
I didn't like the way he responded all he had to do was swap one side for extra chips!
Food wasn't served hot chips were bland and tasted as though they were reheated
He was stingy on the ketchup sachets aswell gave me 2 which is not enough imo that amount is barely a blob of sauce out of a bottle!
Had trouble trying to find a clean table upstairs where I sat and ate my food in a hurry as I didn't feel welcome staying in there long
Would not recommend and will not be returning
Had better meals at burger king elsewhere
Lack of customer service skills is apparent here
