The Grand Pacific has beautiful apartments with many and great amenities & very modern. Service here is the best and management team excellent. The building maintenance is outstanding, always clean and well kept. I just love this place I call my home. <3

I've been living at The Grand Pacific for a 7Months now, and honestly, I'm not sure why some people have had complaints. My experience has been fantastic. The building is modern, clean, and well-kept. The amenities, like the fitness center and rooftop terrace, are awesome and really add to the overall living experience.

The management team is friendly and always quick to respond whenever I've had any questions or needed something fixed.

My apartment is great—spacious, lots of natural light, and with high-end finishes. The location is super convenient too, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shopping.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice to live at The Grand Pacific. It's a great place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in Brooklyn.

I've been at The Grand Pacific for several months and couldn't be happier. The building is clean and modern, and the amenities are top-notch. The management team is responsive and friendly. Not sure why others have had issues; I've had nothing but positive experiences. Highly recommend!

June update: the management company has asked me repeatedly to take down this review. After I ignored their requests, I noticed many new "reviews" pop-up on the same day. Interesting how so many of them have never reviewed anything else. Very interesting how they use similar wording and one even has quotes around it! Another point for you to consider - the company clearly has dubious ethics

April update: since posting this, the management company has addressed my outstanding concerns. The windows were fixed and they helped cover my heating bills which I appreciated. Additionally, they gave me access to the bike room as long as I removed the battery from my e-bike before storing it there; though I'll note, this is something I suggested when I moved in. But I appreciate that they agreed to the idea eventually. I'll note this attention likely came due to the fact that I left the review, but I appreciate that they addressed my concerns nonetheless

New building with lots of problems, and a terrible building management company.

Moved in in January. Washing machine was broken for 3 weeks - building management company dragged their feet of fixing it. I asked if I could use the machine in one of the unoccupied units in the interim and they asked if I “really needed to do laundry”. However as soon as I brought it up with the super directly, he unlocked a unit for me. Shows how little the management company cares about tenets.

Additionally the windows in my unit were installed incorrectly, and there’s a slight draft that comes through the window. It’s been >2 months, and it still hasn’t been repaired. I’m requesting a discount due to my higher heating bills from improper installation, and the building management company is again dragging their feet.
