They are terrible! They don’t pick the phone, or answer emails, the staff is super rude. Landlord doesn’t do anything to help you. It’s a hell! And when you leave, they won’t return your security deposit.

Do Not rent from these people they are liars and thieves. They will take your security deposit and refuse to return it for no reason and lie about damages. I had to get a lawyer involved just to get my security deposit back and in full. They do not fix any issues in the buildings. Also, they are very unorganized and send people the wrong leases with others personal information. They do not return calls or emails. Rent elsewhere and stay far away from these people!

Was called to have an interview at this establishment. Arrived approximately 15 minutes early. Sat there for about 5 minutes when the lady at the front desk called me into an adjourning room, very churlish with judgement all in her face! Proceeded to say “let me tell you that my boss is not here so Maybe you can tell me about your self and we can reschedule”. What?? The email received said he would be there, if he could not be there the professional thing to do is call and cancel. It is my opinion that I was not the skin color they would prefer and not to mention it is the interviewers responsibility to make the interviewee comfortable within the interviewers setting and everything was uncomfortable about that ladies approach. A complete waste of time. Unprofessional people with no people skills.

Abe Garbo is a terrible owner and landlord. He and his staff will ignore your emails. They will keep your security deposit for no good reason. Just look elsewhere for a place to rent.

Kristan Turner is unprofessional. She does NOT respond to your emails and shares your private and personal information with people that have no business of knowing. Do not summit an application here because they will take the application fee and never reach out to you again. Kristan Turner is incompetent.
