Rude stuff. Worst practice ever Happy

I was on a waiting list on the phone for 25 mins only to be hung up on. Absolute disgrace considering it is to do with my health, prescriptions and I also need bloods taken. Also why is there a waiting list before you can leave a message to organise a prescription. Surely this could be a 24/7 service, readily available, as it is an answer machine. Very very poor service and disregard for patients.
