My experience at FMC was a very pleasant one. Staff was extremely friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Shout out to nurse Erica. I have been stuck a few times in my life but I can say this was by far the smoothest it’s ever gone. She got the vein first time and I didn’t even feel the little pinch.

The Worst Hospital - My mother is diabetic - they were not checking her sugar for 3 DAYS! they wipe the blood from IV with wash cloth do not sanitize with alcohol, give everyone the same food - no diabetic and kidney diet, Nursing staff is rude, discrimination at check in at security gate, primary care do not show up or return the call until i threatened to call department of Health

I had surgery there yesterday and my experience was absolutely wonderful! Every single person I came across who was employed there greeted me, from maintenance to security. Even when I didn’t have to interact with them, every employee that passed me by was warm and welcoming.
I cannot say enough how amazing my nurses were, angels on earth, just beautiful humans, I felt safe and taken care of, it felt like my aunties and mom were there with me. The doctors were also amazing, answered all my questions and provided reassurance. This was my first time having surgery and I was extremely anxious but the way the entire team took care of me, made me feel at ease. Thank you all for what you do!!!

I recently had Surgery in this hospital .My experience from the very beginning to when I was discharged was incredible . The day before my surgery, I had to go register at the hospital in the outpatient building the woman that attended me in the registration process made my registration process fast and easy she even helped me get my pre-op labs done quick . I was in and out with an hour, and from the time that I had surgery to the time that I left the hospital all the medical staff was very friendly, very motivating and had beyond great bedside manner . I had a wonderful experience. I have zero complaints. I would 1000% recommend this hospital.

I've been a patient here a few times. The inpatients have no choice in meals. Everyone is given the same thing.....just adjusted for special diets like low salt or gluten free.

The food is nothing to brag about and I am somewhat of a picky eater. There are a number of restaurants in the area that have delivery service. The food is pretty good and expensive, but it definitely beats hospital food.

Had surgery at Florida Medical for an outpatient procedure. The staff was great from the moment I walked in to the nurses who took care of me. 2 weeks later they still following up with me. Compassionate, caring, empathetic.

Horrific experience! If you or a loved one needs an ER do not go to florida medical center. As u have been in the medical field for awhile, Florida Medical Center is truly one sorry excuse for a hospital. Florida Medical Center needs to be shut down. If I could give it a negative 10 stars, I would. Not to mention, Steward Health is filing chapter 11.
