They are the worst management company ever. They employ the rudest worker and the most incompetent super- Harry Hamilton .

Ive been at my apt 1 yr so far and I have no complaints. The management office is very professional and responds to any request. The super in the building is very nice and responsible. 👍

Google Moshe Piller. I wish I'd known back in 2017 when I moved into my apartment in Manhattan that I would be paying rent to one of the most notoriously horrible landlords in NYC. I'm lucky, my building was relatively well-maintained, but since moving out I've spent months trying to get my security deposit back and it's an absolute nightmare. The staff is usually dismissive and rude - which whatever - we all know to expect that in New York... but what I can't abide is the gaslighting and feigned ignorance when I've been calling with the same question for 4 months. It's only in the last couple days that one of the women who answers the phone started speaking to me like a human, and explained that the landlord refused to sign my check because he wanted to make some false claim that I had broken the lease (I didn't). This guy is a millionaire and I'm just trying to get back a couple measly grand of my own money. And he's done so much worse - namely, putting other human beings in harm's way with dangerous and unsanitary conditions. Not holding my breath, but I hope the mayor's lawsuit (yeah, did you know you pay rent to a guy being sued by the city?) will result in consequences of some kind.

This “management” company needs a new manager. I have attempted to inquire about 2 apartments in my mothers building and no one from the building or management office knows what is going on. Everyone is pointing their fingers at each other for the blame. The building manager Michael is never able to be reached and does not respond to requests at all, especially not about renting an apartment. Upon review while visiting the building there seems to be a disproportionate amount of older people living in the building, with all of the young people living with their parents, in other words they don’t rent to young people and are actively discriminating in the application process. This company would be better off closed.

The landlord and the office workers are great, no complaints about them, but repairs and waterbugs problem are the biggest problem. Maintenance to the building is no good!

Been having issues with our intercom for 5 months. Been calling until finally someone decides to show up but they cant fix it because the switch is in the basement which is FULL OF LICE AND RATS! Not sure how the building isnt condemned!

More than 3 month behind them to fix this ceiling, oh no but don’t paid the rent for 1 month and they sent you to court immediately!! Haven’t call 311 because the super!!
