Very well kept. Decent security and visitor check in. Expensive rents for apt size. Views are ok. Walls are thin. Mostly Asian residents but friendly to all. Lots of pets and kids.

Super quiet and comfortable apartments with nice view. There are many different activities like the library, the summer swimming pool, golf...

Please do not move to this place. I have a 2 years contract and I can’t wait to leave. The administration office is full of rude people. They offered the hall as an amenity when we came to see the place, but you can’t use it. They offered a pool that is not even built yet so you can’t use it. All those ladies are mean and rude. They believe you live here for free so you have no right to ask for anything. If you ask to borrow one of their chair or something they always say NO. The women in the front desk is always mean and all Of the office employees. This building is a retired home so residents can’t say anything because the office doesn’t Care. Also parking is an issue and they made us park in the front and walk everyday to pick up our cars.

The tickets to the opera varies according to the show ,tickets begins at $25:00-$30:00 this is far from the stage but there are screens from which you can get a upclose view other wise take your binocular .There are tickets for $100:00 I would recommend this section if you want to watch the show without paying a arm and a leg.near stage you have to fork out your $300:00. big one and guess what everyone in the theatre can see the show.
