Restaurant Bivouac

Appetizer:
The mushroom appetizer was very bland. It lacked spices to complement the texture of the mushrooms, making the dish not very flavorful.

Main Course:
The spaghetti dish was not good. You could taste the acidity of the tomatoes, which seemed not fresh. For this type of sauce, the tomatoes should be Italian and fresh, or the tomato paste should be well-cooked. However, the chicken was excellent. The mayonnaise sauce did not balance well with the other flavors in the dish
The foie gras was excellent. 👌🏼

First Timer:
We decided to come by this place just for a quick snack kinda. It was a total of 3 of use, we ordered
Red wine: 9/10
Oysters: 10/10
Martini : 10/10
Rum drink: 10/10 compliments to the bar tender
Banana cake: 10/10 compliments to the chef this was absolutely amazing!!

As you can see everything we ordered was just as amazing as the ambiance. It was everything and the waiter was so polite and helpful with the menu. I’m not from Canada I’m from the US and she did an amazing job. I highly recommend this restaurant. Next visit I will definitely stop by. Thank you

Located in downtown, in the heart of Place des Arts, Bivouac is a great and must-go restaurant that won't disappoint the most picky food. It has everything for success, great view, great services and motivated staffs, beautiful decor and finally amazing food. I will definitely come back.

The dome experience is unique! It is a private place where you can put the music that you want, heated and an amazing place to have a delicious dinner. The service was 5 stars, the tasting menu was unique and spectacular. All the dishes were fantastic! My only complaint is that I would like to be able to stay longer, since you can stay only until 11pm because the experience is so wonderful that it makes you want to stay longer. Best night ever!

We had a great dining experience here! It was a bit hard to find at first (have to go up an elevator), but we were so glad we did! Excellent host and wait staff. Friendly and efficient. The dining room is beautiful with a great view of the city, however the seating was a bit cramped. Not cramped enough to ruin the experience though. The food was delicious with interesting flavour profiles and beautiful presentations. Thank you, merci beaucoup!

Service on a Thursday night was very attentive while the restaurant was quite busy. Food tasted good and looked nice. Mostly office or tourist crowds. Decor is very nice and so is the presentation. The food quality has been consistent over the past year from my personal experience.

I have been there twice over the last 2 months, and both times enjoyed my meal. The pricing is a bit on the higher end, but to be expected to be in a Hilton property. Staff was outstanding both times, especially our server Valerie, who truly went above and beyond each time!

The food is pretty good, with great presentations. My buddy had the Duck, and it was cooked perfectly. I opted to go both times for the trout, which was delicious! I really like this restaurant, as the food is delicious, and the staff very friendly!
