The venue and location and the staff and patrons made for a very good experience. I am looking forward to the next performance.

What an amazing spot! We saw Maggie play here last night and it was very intimate, would definitely attend for music again.

We saw a Brazilian inspired ballet. Good show and a really nice change from the usual NO tourist Friday night.

We got there on the #8 bus, but even the locals were taking cars after the show. It wasn't a bad neighborhood just lots of dark streets.

I went to the Marigny Opera House for a performance of the Jazz Nutcracker. I had SO much fun! This space is large and at the same time intimate - the acoustics of jazz in a former church were wonderful. What a marvelous venue! If I lived in the neighborhood, I would certainly join their board, and come to all the events. I recommend a visit and a show!

The Marigny Opera House is a lovely old building that used to be the Holy Trinity Church. The architecture is very nice and the peeling paint on the exterior only adds to the ambiance. The ballet company was kind enough to let me look inside. I really look forward to attending their next ballet.
This venue is absolutely stunning if you are looking for a location for your NOLA Wedding. I mean I think the images speak for themselves.

We were curious about the history of this beautiful building and were fortunate to talk to one of the primaries about the history of the building up to the current focus. It's truly a labor of love. Enjoy what they have to offer and support arts.
