Unresponsive management...
I've actually changed my rating since my apt purchase here. I'm having serious post-closing issues where the sponsor is not addressing the punch list requirements. It's taken more than a year since closing to address part of the requirement and the sponsor is refusing to complete the rest. Very bad experience, unfortunately.
