Capital One Bank

Wish I could put zero stars !! This has to be the worst company ever to have a business account . I was in NYC for the weekend to sell my watch . I went in the banking center atm area and found my myself struggling to deposit 4800$ . So I break it down and start deposits whatever the atm would actually accept . So on my last attempt the atm reads error and keeps 1700$ . I then call customer service and they tell me I will have to wait 10 days to get 1700$ pre approved while they do a 45 investigation . Mind you the person works at the banking center told me they been having issues with their atms . This is sad but not to mention nearly all locations in houston near me have closed . I am definitely closing my business account after all this mess and going to bank of America . Please stay away from capital one they do not appreciate customers they take forever to give you back your hard earned money .

Representative Gary was highly unprofessional, lacks basic customer service skills, gave misinformation AND was dismissive thee entire time while assisting me at the branch this afternoon. Very disappointing.

I find it wild that Capital One doesn't have any ATMs open after 5pm. And never on the weekends. So if you have a 9 to 5 job are you supposed to just never get money out? Or ask to an absence from work just to go to the bank? What'd wrong with you people?

The hours listed for this location, Monday to Friday, is 8a-5p. Someone didn’t arrive until 8:23 and she was nasty about informing me that the branch hours changed. Please make sure that this same nasty person updates the hours listed online so that everyone is aware is the new branch hours, I wasn’t the only person waiting.

Why is the ATM machines area closed so early? Because of security. I call b.s on that. I also bank with Chase and they’re ATM hours are open until 10P.M All the other bank have their ATMs available even after they close. People need access to THEIR money.

Cute space to work, have coffee or socialize. WiFi is good. Definitely could use more sitting areas

I went to the new location Herald Square and I was at the coffee bar and Phoebe came to with a nice smile and greet me , she was very nice . I felt so comfortable to talk with her and had me get a vanilla latte . She transitioned and ask me if I ever experienced the Capital CD and eventually we sat down to talk about it and I learned a lot . we talked about credit card and schedule myself for money and life monitoring. The place looks very clean and staffs are very nice and helpful specially Phoebe .
