The reception team needs additional training in ethics and customer service. Personal issues and disagreements on how to handle clients have been discussed in front of customers, which is unprofessional and needs to be addressed.
Carmona is kind, caring, and compassionate. I have bounced around a few PCPs in my insurance network and I will no longer bounce around. I’m very comfortable with Carmona.

Lo mejor que he encontrado en la ciudad, todos son muy amables y nos atienden super bien.
This Dr. and staff are very bad. Because we in USA and primary language is English not Spanish. They fired my daughter because she didn’t speak perfect Spanish. Shame on you doctor.
