Dr. Shakeeb Chinoy and Dev were both excellent during my recent visit at Ann Arbor Urgent Care at 1000 E Stadium. Very professional yet friendly and they were sensitive to the time I spent in the clinic. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility and both of these gentlemen. Thank you. Lisa.

Two experiences with the physician that have made me extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. Do not go here if you want to be throughly examined. Came in for swollen lymph nodes and chest, throat and neck issues and my lymph nodes were not checked once, as well as other various components to a complete and through exam..

A couple of weeks ago I sprained my ankle pretty badly. Finding an emergency room with a reasonable waiting time AND with a working X-ray (there had been power outages; you'd think that would have back up power...) was not proving easy. A friend recommended Ann Arbor Urgent Care. Off we went
There, I was seen by Kristen Suarez. She was great. Knowledgeable, empathetic, professional but still wonderfully personable. She recommended X-rays, but no one was in at the moment who could take them. We waited (not long) for someone who had been called in on her day off to cover for the usually scheduled person. Amber to the rescue! Amber arrived, clearly having rushed in, but jumped in and with an equally professional and personable attitude had me taken care of in minutes. Kristin came in and talked with us about the X-rays. Amber came back in to wrap my ankle. We purchased the bandages and crutches there (better price than just about anywhere else) and off we went.

I was referred to a surgeon here after months of physical therapy and she said she didn't believe I was injured (despite my MRI) and that I was just "lazy" and wanted surgery as an "easy way out instead of doing the work" (again after months of physical therapy *in this very same zoomcare*).
Having been to several other locations, I recommend avoiding this one.

I am very happy with the level of service I have always received. These are very nice health professionals who give you excellent service. They listen to you and they don't rush you in and out like a revolving door. It is a small practice and it was exactly what I was looking for when I came to see them for the first time. .

Dr. Shakeeb Chinoy treated my son here and was quick to identify a critical health issue that I’m sure most doctor’s would have missed. It just goes to show there is no substitute for a sharp clinical eye and years of experience! Thank you!!

Terrible experience here, my daughter was prescribed something we already have at home, it did not help, and now we are being asked to come in and pay AGAIN in order to get more help. I have always been able to get follow up care with Zoomcare within a certain amount of time, but not with this doctor or location.

Absolute DISASTER of a company. I’ve been with them before the pandemic and reaching them has NEVER gotten better. Didn’t see my therapist for a while, called to try to set up appointments, and they never called me back. I’ve been calling everyday for the last 10 days and they still haven’t gotten back to me, even when I asked to see a supervisor. For someone with adhd, setting up appointments or anything else with them is an absolute NIGHTMARE. For a company that claims to care about mental health, they sure don’t show it in their responsiveness with their patients.

My son came in with a terrible ear infection. I have nothing but praise for the staff which included the receptionist, Dr. Chinoy and Ammar, his medical assistant. They were quick, knowledgeable, efficient and most of all kind! They went the extra mile to make my son’s experience comfortable and positive. This makes a worried mom relieved and happy.

This was once a great psychiatric practice before the pandemic. Currently, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here it looks like a ghost town with barely anything going on. One doctor on hand seeing all the patients. I had a 9:30 appt I decided to just walk out.

Suggested my daughter go there to get tested for strep throat. The doctors said her test was negative and advised her to take Tylenol for the cold symptoms and throat discomfort. After doing what was suggested, she didn’t get better. So, I took her to another Urgent Care and later learned she had strep throat and was prescribed antibiotics. The staff is incompetent at this establishment and I wouldn’t suggest this as an option to anyone.

I saw the podiatrist, Dr. Fisher, for a new onset of foot pain from running (repetitive stress). I was limping and upset and this visit absolutely made me feel better. Dr. Fisher is realistic, very open to discussing treatment options, and gave me her top differential diagnosis. She explains costs of treatment options well to help you make decisions. Would recommend!

Warning: do NOT see Dr. Fisher for your foot issues. I saw her THREE separate times for calf and foot pain, and she was very dismissive, did not ask important questions, and rushed me out the door. Turns out, 4 months later im being diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis! I’ve had a huge blood clot growing in my leg for months now. The first time I ever visited Dr. Fisher, I asked for an ultrasound to eliminate the possibility of DVT. She brushed me off and said ultrasounds are rarely approved by my insurance, and she pushed me to wear a boot instead (terrible for clots). Finally after months of continued pain, I went to the zoom emergency care center in Tualatin, and when I explained my symptoms, the doctor there gave me an ultrasound immediately. To think I could have died or had a critical event happen because she didn’t do her job, is pretty scary. I received better care from the shoe salesman who sold me shoe inserts for my foot pain. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Adjusted my bill and charged my credit card 50 weeks after the date of service without explanation. They got rid of their customer support phone number so it shows you how much they care about good service.

I am really grateful for this clinic and zoomcare in general! Visits are so quick and easy and ample appointment are often available to match my schedule. All the doctors I’ve seen at this location are super understanding, professional, and empathetic to whatever is going on. The front desk staff is kind and direct and I always leave feeling reassured. Thank you so much to this team of healthcare professionals, I have so much respect and gratitude!!!

After working a 12hr shift I drove from Summertown to Big Sandy to bring my Mom to her Dr. Appointment which was scheduled by this office for today,February 20th 2023 for an emergency room follow up appointment for my Mom who has COPD only to be told on arrival that the Dr. is not in today
due to a virus and they can't see her. No phone call to let her know that they canceled her appointment, nothing. No offer to let her see any one else, just told to call back on Thursday. Seriously.

The doctor was ignorant. Dr. uses personal questions to create emotional responses to easily diagnose patients doctor also caused me to have anxiety attack. After leaving the appointment.

Had a great experience with Dr. Sheena Spurlock and her staff. I had all kinds of issues with the teledoc (user error) but they worked after hours to get me on the call. I'm excited about continuing to work with them.

Worst mental health facility in Dade county. Horrible logistics and nobody answers the phone when you call. Nobody responds to emails. And the psychiatrists barely spend 5 minutes with you on the webcam call. An you get assigned a different random Doctor each month so you cannot even build a rapport with one Doctor.

Choose another provider, this place gives low quality of service and the Doctors treat you like cattle. Zero empathy or concern for their patients.

UPDATE: This corrupt office is using bots that post fake reviews. Just read how vague and similar so many reviews are and how devoid of any description of the diagnosis and so forth. Trust me, this place is a clown-show and offers a low caliber of care. Make this place your LAST choice. Try ANY other place first, before Compass Health.

These clowns dont listen or validate my concerns and just want to increase the dosage on the same old medicine that is not working. 2 pills dont work? Take 3. 3 dont work? Take 4! That is their hare-brained approach.

Incredibly unprofessional. I have had a back-to-back appointments canceled by the doctor with zero warning or alert that I had to call into and find out for myself that they were canceled. This office will lie to you and say that they called leaving you with new co-pays for consultations that never happened and no prescription continuation for medication which may be required for you to function in your day-to-day life. Practice is an absolute soulless joke with zero care for the client. If you value your mental health and don't want to get stuck 2 to 4 weeks without any medication having to start over seek better help elsewhere.

If you're a medical practitioner hiring compass for answering services their agents are outright rude and offer next to no follow-up often transferring you to just another agent it's the Comcast support of healthcare.

I have been visiting Apex Primary Care for five years and find the service superior. Apex Primary Care will answer your call at the first ring and respond to all queries at lightning speed.
I am treated with respect, love, and dignity. Usually, I am hard to impress, and hence reserved this review for five years because I didn't want to base it on a single or a couple of visits.

Apex Primary Care is among the best in DC.

I’ve been coming here for years now and have continued my care with them after leave the metro area. Jane is great and has made healthcare easy for me. Scheduling appts is as simple as a phone call and visits are efficient and informative. I highly recommend them.

I was able to make an appointment online for 3:30 PM with Maryam Larki, DC. Even though it was a follow appointment, it was my first time saying Dr. Larki (saw another chiro at a different location before). I was able to tell her my concerns, which was tension around my shoulders, neck, and jaw area. Before we got started on manipulations, she was able to show me a few structures for my shoulders and neck that would be beneficial. She provided some examples in the exam room, which I appreciated. After the manipulations were done with my back and neck, I felt relief instantly.

However, my favorite part was her working on jaw area (TMJ). I have never had this done by a chiropractor before so I was excited to try a new treatment. Even working on it for a few minutes, I could tell there was instant relief. I’m definitely looking forward to working with her moving forward.

I made an appointment for my child last week Thurs with a doctor Michelle Desouza via telemedicine. It was 30 minutes past the appointment time and I called to inquire if the appointment was still going to happen. I was told by the answering service that the doctor was running a couple of hours behind and that the appointment was still going to happen and for us to answer any calls from numbers that we don't recognize because it would be the doctor. We waited and there was no call from the doctor or the office to say that the appointment was cancelled on their end and for us to reschedule at the very least because we understand things happen. We did not get any call, it was like the appointment didn't even happen. I called the next day which was Fri to again inquire about what happened with the appointment and no answer was provided. It was like the appointment never existed and that is very unprofessional and unkind. We are working parents and had to make adjustments in our schedule and for them not to even call the next day to say anything at that point was disrespectful. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told Anna would call me back within 24- 48 hours and guess what? I am at the 72 hour window with no call back from this so called imaginary supervisor after calling for the 3rd day since the dropped appointment. I took the time to write this long review of the poor service from the doctor and the so call supervisor. The message I am getting here is my kid and his needs are not important. He is very important and worth the time and care from the right doctor. I will say everyone that has answered the phones at compass health have been pleasant and helpful- they I can say are doing their jobs. I will never ever recommend this facility to anyone. I see now why the review is 2.8. That should have been my first clue, shame on me for looking past those low ratings.

I have been going to Apex For a few years now and love it. I prefer using a nurse practitioner to an MD because I get more time with her, it’s easier to set up an appointment, and I feel like I’m getting better care in general.

Jane Darko is excellent. She is calm, professional, and compassionate. The office is run well. I always get an appointment when I need one. I would highly recommend coming here.

I've had such great experiences at Apex in both of my past visits! They clearly articulated the forms that needed to be completed prior to my appointment so checking-in was really efficient. I was seen at my scheduled time and I felt taken care of by each of the staff members who I came in contact with. I very much appreciate Catherine, Michelle, Jarlene, and Iliana at Apex Primary Care!

I recently had a great experience at Apex Primary Care. I was a new patient and was pleasantly surprised by almost no wait time and very friendly staff. I have since recommended to family and friends.

This place is looking to make more money off their patients, do not go unless you have an urgent simple fix like Strep throat. The woman who saw me ignored one of my two major concerns, even after I brought it up again. The only thing she offered was to make a second appointment the following week- this means I will have to make another copay, good for them, bad for me. I also wasn't even able to be seen by the NP who I made the appointment with.

I never had a long wait when I had an appointment. Ms Hubbard takes her time and listens and very caring. The staff at the front desk very nice and patient. Very good experience from checking in to checking out. Also every time I've called for refills or anything else they are very prompt to help. That means so much to me . Keep up with all these things that make you great and separates you from the others

Lakeside is full of wonderful and caring people! Lisa Hubbard is an excellent physician, that will listen and take care of you. She keeps up with your issues/problems... She remembers more about me than I do at times! The office is organized and clean...I just feel at home there.

Dr. Vy is a true healer on multiple levels of energetic and physical healing. I’m forever grateful for her talents in facilitating a year of quantum energetic, emotional and body evolution as I entered menopause. She’s both brilliant and exquisitely intuitive. A beautiful person with a spectrum of gifts to support deep healing however needed. Dr. Vy is a gift to anyone who experiences her unique sessions!

Dr Vy is an intuitive caring & knowledgeable practitioner. I always feel renewed & up lifted after I have a visit with her. She listens so well and takes her time in sessions! Oh may I add that she is gifted in her medical arts practice as she combines science with the intangible, which is truly a talent not all physicians are able to combine. I love Lisa and her staff! I always feel like I am being heard and not being rushed out with some random med. They take walk-ins when needed and appointments are always quick to get in. I have never had a long wait either way.

The Mount Sinai endocrinology practice has abysmal administrative and medical staff support personnel at the practice at E60th street in Manhattan. The skill of the doctors is irrelevant. The practice is impossible to arrange appointments through, has absolutely no follow up procedures, never returns phone calls or messages, it operates through a vast central Mount Sinai switchboard. If you have a medical condition avoid this practice. There is no ability to reach a doctor you have already seen through this administration and medical support system.

I met Vy at a mixer for entrepreneurs, where she recognized right away that I was having issues on an emotional level that were getting in the way of my success in business. I went to see her and she helped me identify the root causes of these emotional blockages and worked on clearing them so I can continue to offer my services to the community. Since seeing her I've felt less scattered and fearful. She is intuitive, confident, and crazy smart. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a holistic provider who will address your concerns on the level of body, mind, and spirit.

Horrible service. They routinely book appointments without notifying the patient of the time. Then they call on unknown numbers at random times and bill you for missing appointments. Absolutely ridiculous. I have no idea how these people are still in business.

On top of that, I submitted insurance and was told I couldn't schedule an appointment until had a referal. I was running out of meds, so I asked to just book an appointment without insurance (to pay out of pocket, like I had been until I submitted the info 2 months prior). I was refused and told it was not possible. Apparently they'll refuse paying customers. I wish it was possible to give less then one star.

This place is clean, sanitary, friendly staff, competent professionals. If your looking for health care this is where I personally recomed for Paris TN.

Dr Dani in my experience has an intuition and wisdom that I have found it hard to find an any doctor.
Dani is able to convey things in a way that help me understand what's going on with my emotional and physical state. How it all connects and affects my physical being/ wellness. She is truly gifted!
As a person, I have upmost respect for her. I highly recommend her to anybody looking for that Doctor that is able to really identify and connect on a multitude of levels where illness and pain are coming from.
Then she is able to support you in helping your mind, body and spirit heal, all while feeling safe and understood.

I was dealing with an ailment for over 10 years. I went to multiple doctors and none were able to provide a diagnosis or even assist me with symptom control. Dr. Dani really listened to me, taking into consideration my entire medical history and treated my whole body, not just the symptoms. She was able to pinpoint the issue and now I know what specific things to avoid and this has ELIMINATED my problem entirely. I am so grateful for her assistance.
