The attendant was so rude. I asked if i could do no ice, i thought i did on their system, but he said "you did not mention it no ice." So, okay. ... You don't have to be rude, you could have atleast be nice.
What a great service they have🥰
Ordered pearl tea for my parents to experience this joy, but unfortunately during the pick up. The smaller straw were kept together and got those. These didnot allow them to eat pearl with straw. Rather had to drink with glass. The counter people should be careful about customers
The nepalease lady at the service was struggling to smile and pretend didn't see me for a minute and kept continuing what she was doing and finally looked at me and said one mint.
I saw that all the mixer container was stacked on one another in the sink for washing. She staright up picked it from there and started making in that one giving it just water on the top for my taro. She continued for the other drink. And then for my second order She again picked from the dirty stack and gave a little water on the top. I was like okay. Then to close the container She picked somewhere from the bottom of the sink where everything was stacked and gave it a water on top. I asked her if I could get a refund. She rudely replied that it's clean and they only wash it once in the morning. Hygiene is zero.
Taro milk was off. I could taste the milk lumps. Hygiene and service was zero

TERRIBLE SERVICE the lady infront of us had to run and leave her drink because she almost missed her ferry which would have meant she missed her flight. We originally weren’t served, and once we were we waited 25 minutes for our drinks. we watched the workers sitting there laughing and not doing anything. appalling
The service, environment, and the communication with the costumers were stunning!! However I must mention their drinks “fantastic” Must visit and try.
The indian lady wasn’t very nice, didn’t know how to use my student edge discount so i had to pay full price. the blond hair chick wasn’t smiley. Staff weren’t competent or nice at all
