Gong Cha Parramatta

Giant fried chicken thing is ok but big for the sake of it, and does not mention half of it is essentually skin and bones. No sauce only spice. The sever did not speak clearly and sort of just looked at me. The spice levels are misleadingly spicy also.

Gong Cha in Church Street Parramatta is right opposite to Alex and Co. Their mango milk tea and strawberry milk tea are excellent. Despite being very busy, the drinks were prepared quickly.

I bought 4 drinks from GONGCHA parramatta Westfield. All of them tasted like detergent. Someone is either not cleaning shakers properly/accidentally getting detergent in food/who knows. I buy bubble tea in bulk more than 3 times a week.This is the first Sydney bubble tea store where I tasted DETERGENT.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, I was given the most horrible customer service by an Asian girl with glasses who should have used her brain to get the manager to sort the detergent situation out instead of saying “I wasn’t the one who served you that day or ARE YOU FINISHED yet”. The Asian girl with glasses is such a joke, this isn’t high school, I am also not your parent, please be professional.

I do not visit GONGCHA parramatta anymore. The manager/store owner is AMAZING but if the rest of the employees are horrible, it doesn’t matter if one person is good there.

It is not that sweet as usual. even I didnt make it less sweet :(
The staff who took order was not kind at all, and I feel powder when I drink it.
I drank only 3 sips and I had to throw it away.

Please check the recipe again or something for the customers.

I am really a great fan of Gongcha. Really it's my favourite drink that I would love to have it whenever I can, But today it was my worst experience I ever had in my life. I order my drink today at Parramatta westfield mall at Gong Cha chain store. I have placed an order for a specific drink, I received my drink within a minutes but when I had couple of sips from my drink the taste was really bad and was not good as it should be, so after that I made a polite request to one of the staff who had placed my order. But she denied rudely and started arguing with me and explaining me how I placed my order in first placed and bla bla bla, After that I tried my best to explain her in a polite way but she behaved very rudely towards me in-front of her staff and costumers. I felt very annoying, and Bad about the store, why they hire such people? Because of this situation people standing behind me in a long queue watching this scenario, & she changed her mind replaced me the drink. And I came back home with a bad stomach upset and vomitings 🤮 Check your drink before leaving the store.

Shop itself: really nice little place with hotstar and gong cha in the same place

Food: the chicken is really nice. Coating good. The spice for spicy chicken are great. Side dish of curly fries is great. Only thing weird is the massive bone in them.

Drink: I am not much a tea person so I grab a smoothie the strawberry and cookies one it was the best smoothie I ever had.

Staff: all staff was very friendly and willing to help.

Only downside to this place is the terrible chair outside if you wanna sit and eat.

It’s a must to visit the milk tea shop & large fried chicken. Definitely the best milk tea + fried chicken spot.
Highly Recommend 🤩hot star chicken wings with seaweed favor. ✌🏻
