Absolutely horrible place to work in. Please save yourself the trouble and only work here if you are about to go homeless and have no other options.

Work culture is extremely toxic, not assimilating into Canadian culture and keeping indian culture, which makes no sense since all clients are canadian and we are not wokring in India. Managers dont listen and there is a lot of office politics, hard work doesn't get you anywhere here. HR is the same, rude, unprofessional, not willing to listen to any complaints or questions.

Pay is abysmal as well, no opportunities to advance unless you work here for a long time and are willing to play the politics and suck up to everyone and be a people pleaser. Also they lied to me multiple times in the interviews about roles and expectations, only for it to be different once I started.

The worst company I have ever worked for, they have imported a bunch of non technical managers who are trying to enforce their outdated work culture and practices here. More often than not, it's a hindrance not a support working with others.

Because of Somnath paul I'm posting this. I will be posting the screenshot to everyone in tata and to the HR. He done good to me so I will be posting the screenshots within 3 weeks he has done to me. WARNING = STAY AWAY. These people are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. The only people that work here are people who cannot find work elsewhere. Employees are all immigrants with no knowledge of labor laws desperate for work which allows Tata to take full advantage of them. They may be assigned to a customer site yet Tata will demand them to do hours and hours of compliance courses (in excess of 20hrs) with no pay or do it while at the customer site. Outrageous.

They only hire people from one country. Work place diversity doesn’t apply to them. If you are not from that country, don’t bother applying.

Can i give -1000 stars . Don’t deserve to be in canadian market. Worst leaders. Promoting leaders and managers from in*** and they are following in**** rules here in canadian market. Worst workplace . Going through depression due to poor work culture. Work environment will make you doubt your capabilities. Managers mentally harassing employees

HR team is the worst in responding to calls or mails even though I’m an employee from TCS India there is not much help and support from the team here in Canada . offshore HR’s are much better and tied to their work culture . I tried to contact a lady in the role of manager talent acquisition don’t want to mention her name here , multiple times she just kept on ignoring the calls should have at-least picked once to know reason .

HR is the sole person of contact , if we can’t reach out to them there is no point of having them there .
