Ambulatory Care Emergency Department

Came in bleeding a lot been here for an hour.. 30 minutes with no dressing and the docs said oh we'll be right back... Still nothing,why lie and mistreat patience of your practice. I guess they like malpractice suits... If you are bleeding call ambulance and go somewhere better... They won't care if you pass out or black out in facility... They ignore you so you get hurt more and can charge insurance more.... As if you need another reason to not go to this ambulatory I came home last night and I have suspicious looking thoughts on my arm that I believe may be monkeypox. And the spots only showed up after being treated at this Care center. Do not put yourself and your family at risk, just go somewhere else for care.

I brought my father in Christmas day. He was having complications after a major surgery. The staff from start to finish was helpful, courteous, and caring. The medical staff was amazing! The nurse was calming and explained everything clearly. The doctor sat with us to talk until we were comfortable and well cared for. Remember, this was Christmas day. There were smiles and kindness all around.

Got in quick, the nurse was nice. I told the Dr I have reoccuring strep infections. She gave me a lot of unnecessary tests and sent me home with ibuprofen instead of listening and treating me she just discharged me and told me to follow up with my pcp who I had already followed up with before that.
