The staff suck so hard. First lady at the desk refused to help me file a report for missing baggage. Told me it was impossible for the airline to know where my bag was until tomorrow (!). I should leave and someone should send me an email. After 20 minutes of waiting for her to help, she gave the form to her colleague to generate me the report I needed to track my bag. I log in and find all the details incorrectly filled. Lazy, incompetent people.
