Always have a great experience at Lakeside spa. Very helpful staff to book appointments and there are a number of excellent massage therapists. Would recommend especially couples massages which they do really well.

The spa is very inviting and relaxing we did a couples massage and both of the ladies were so friendly and made us feel comfortable. We left yesterday feeling amazing and continued feeling amazing the next day!

The spa was a nice relaxing environment. Sharlene did my eyebrow lamination and I love the job she did. She was very kind and gentle when working with me. The beds were also super comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to the spa, Sharlene was amazing!

I saw Alicia for a message. She listened to my concerns and I the treatment I received was exceptional! I will definitely be going to see her again!

Extremely disappointed!
We were a repeat customer and have always loved their masseuses. However, on our most recent visit, my wife booked a 2:30 appointment and even reconfirmed the time the day before.
Upon arriving at 2:20 p.m. We were told our appointment was 3:00 p.m not 2:30 despite my wife even reconfirming the time the day before. We were very clear that we were a little tight on time that day and we were expecting our appointment time to be honored.. We sat there until almost 2:45 and still had not entered a massage room...
There seemed to be little to no sympathy for that either. Quite disappointed as we have been coming here for quite some time and would have expected a little more respect and courtesy out of loyalty alone. Can't say we will be returning again...

The best relaxation massage I've had in Canada!
Danielle was amazing, used the right amount of pressure, before started she greeted me warmly, asked me which body parts I was having trouble in and what parts I wanted her to focus on. The couples massage room was nice and cozy with a fireplace and I loved that they had heated sheets!
Can't wait to go back!

DO NOT GO HERE! My mom and I been going here for over 4 years. Management does not know how to treat their clients with respect. Their bookkeeper lost a payment for my services back in 2018 which is outrageous to retrieve after so many years to proof them wrong. Management preferred to be argumentative, rude, classless instead of owning their mistake. After so many times going in they decided to charge us for a service that was paid in full back in 2018.
The massages are not worth the price. Massages are not anything special you can find a better place that will know how to treat their clients specially loyal clients.

We have asked you multiple times for our proof of payment and you also seemed to have “lost it”
This was over 5 years ago why would I waste my time in looking for a payment 5 years ago? Even my bank doesn’t have records of a 5 years payment to your spa.
Of course I collected payment from my insurance.. because I paid for it. You have never direct bill since you don’t offer that service.
Your response as a business owner is absolutely condescending, rude, and unprofessional.
