Kokoro Guildford

This store refuses cash so I will never shop there again. In any case there is a great Thai grocery store at the top of Guildford High Street near Coop which sell much better products, great friendly staff and accept cash like real human beings

I noticed that portions of meat are getting smaller. Today I have ordered Chicken katsu curry with rice and the bowl was full with rice and just few pieces of meat on top. I was not happy about it at all.

The chicken katsu curry with rice was delicious—crispy and tender, with a good portion size. Prices are super affordable, and the staff were really friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking for a tasty, budget-friendly meal. It's my go-to spot for quick meals.

Order sweet and sour chicken. Some bits of it are not even chicken in eat but plain fried flour. The sauce tastes to basically ketchup base. Really disappointed with it. And small ball regular mixed with rice more than 8.00. Ridiculous and abusive price for the quality and quantity.

Kokoro is one of the best and my most favourite places to eat in Guilford! Pam who serves us the most is the most wonderful person iv ever met, always service with a smile, always polite and makes me feel at home. Eating here feels like mummas home cooked food. 10/10 for everything will always be back for more I can't get enough. Everything on the menu is so tasty! I recommend it all! Xxx

The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. However, the sitting area felt a bit cramped due to its small size. Overall, it was a great dining experience, but it would be even better with a more spacious seating arrangement.

Always fantastic food here. Generous portions, reasonable prices and friendly, quick service. The sushi I’ve had has always been fresh and tasty. The hot menu is varied with something to suit all tastes. They use chicken thigh rather than breast meat which I prefer due to the better taste and texture- I find it a lot juicier and not dry at all (although if you don’t like dark meat, it may not be for you). We’re very lucky to have 2 branches of Kokoro in Guildford and I will definitely remain a faithful customer!
