Treatments I've received here have all been great.
Annoying though that directly outside the entrance is a bench with a big sign behind saying no smoke on premises yet the cleaners and some receptionists are always sitting on it smoking so as you come in and out of the HEALTHY living centre you end up digesting someone else's second hand smoke

my appointment lasted 4 minutes the doctor wasn't interested in the problem. was just rushed he obviously gets a bonus for his quickness and lack of empathy
Just phoned to ask for help for my 97 year old mum. I found her unable to get up. I got through to a receptionist who told me I had the wrong number. She then put the phone down
Went here today. One Receptionist on Ground Floor as you go in sat up on desk with her back to the Window ! Other Receptionist sent me upstairs. I spoke to three people only to be sent back downstairs to see the same Receptionist who then proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong BUILDING. I fail to understand how all four people could not know the service I was looking for was not in their location.

Had a skin appointment with a middle aged Indian gentlemen.(d.kazmi)
Wasn’t told I was being watched by two other female members of staff prior to entering room, was condescending in explaining my condition, rude in speaking over me and down to me, was rushing me and made absurd conclusions based on poor questioning and triage, scratched my open wounds without telling me, no consent to touch my open wounds offered which did hurt and draw blood, in front of the two viewers had to discuss personal details.
An absolute waste of time this man shouldn’t practice, or he should redevelop his interpersonal and medial skill set.

This surgery is the worst surgery in Rainham. The staff have zero compassion for the patients and have no respect for their conditions. Every morning I phone in for an appointment at 8am and by 8:01 they are fully booked and they don't pre book appointments. I always feel like I'm not important to them and they really don't care weather you like it or not. I've witnessed them with my own eyes treating elderly patients with a very cold hearted attitude and no carr whatsoever. I would never recommend this surgery to anyone i think they should be shut down immediately and re open with new staff.
I have been using this Doctors since it was in Holding Street then got moved.
I’ve had so many problems with my health my back more than anything.
All the staff talk and treat you with respect and always ask how I’m getting on with my spine even if I’m there for something else.
The reception staff get lots of grief from patients from them asking questions when you want an appointment to the doctor running late.
The reason for asking you about your issue when you make an appointment is because it’s part of their job so the doctor has an idea what is wrong with you.
If you can’t be polite to the staff then it’s very simple.
Find yourself another surgery.
