Just called in to book an appointment, the receptionist was mumbling and when I asked to please repeat he got annoyed and replied rudely as if it was my fault I couldn't understand what he was saying. Not the first time I am treated rudely by the reception staff.

I called to book an appointment with my GP. The call handler, SHEBA, was very rude and displayed an unprofessional attitude. She seemed to be telling me what I should or should not do, despite not being a medical professional herself.

I was advised by A&E to book an appointment with my GP as soon as possible, and I was shocked by SHEB's cruel behaviour. It is concerning that individuals with such attitudes are employed in customer-facing roles at your practice.

The doctors do a wonderful job, when you actually manage to see them. Unfortunately, the on-average two week waiting time for appointments -- even phone appointments -- makes this practice basically unusable.

They all need to get a new job at the reception. There’s only one lady that’s nice and very polite I don’t know her name for sure I think it is Sam, she has been there for over 10 years. The rest need to look up to her and be like her because they have no telephone manner! You asking the patients to be patient and polite but you are not yourself. Get your acts together as you are dealing with people that are sick and don’t just call or visit this surgery for fun. 0 stars to all of you but 10 stars to Sam!
A Prime Example of the Rationing of Health Care. They will do their best to avoid providing you with any service. They will point to the pharmacy across the street and say, “surely they have something over there that can help with whatever you think your problem is. Good Luck!”

I called today to check on my appointment 01/05/2023 at 12:30
And the receptionist MOHAMED start shouting rude at me when I try to explain that o missed the call today because I wasn’t informed what time I’d get the call .
This MUHAMED need to get some proper training how to deal with people.

I was waiting for 2 weeks for a call that would last 2 min .
Know I have to wait another 2 weeks for a call .
